Problem Solved
This review is in reference to resolution of service issues. I was having inconsistent speeds from my router, after some initial diagnostics the decision to replace my router was made, I received my replacement the very next day. After setting the new one up I had a few issues connecting the router to the Asus app, whilst not a Wessex internet issue, the gent on the phone who had dealt with my whole case went out of his way to try and resolve the issue for me which he eventually did. It saved me hours of YouTube videos and tearing my hair out. Thanks Jack Slark, excellent work.
