Problem with Software Update
We had been away for a little while. On our return I found that the internet was running painfully slowly. I immediately rang up Wessex Internet, who replied very promptly. It transpired that a software update was required. I was guided patiently through the whole process by a very patient and understanding Lucy Fielding. Everything was sorted out quickly and without fuss. We were swiftly back on our excellent Wessex service. Thank you.
