Wessex are always incredibly responsive…
Wessex are always incredibly responsive and my interaction with them this time was no different. Graham went out of his way to fix the issue I had, even to the point of delivering a piece of equipment to me very late in the day on a Friday. My job was kept open until it was resolved and Graham checked in repeatedly to make sure everything was as it should be. We signed up with Wessex at least 5 years ago and have always received excellent customer care.
