After a few teething problems we were connected by Ollie Fletcher who was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even worked until 7pm to make sure that we were up and running with WI.

Good prompt and efficient service, Had a glitch with the service at the start which was dealt with swiftly. Good customer service helped along the way. We have great WiFi now after struggling for years with thick walls in a cob cottage. Thanks Jamie

UPDATE!! Since my problem detailed below, one of the staff - Ruby - was very helpful and has arranged some boosters to be delivered in the next 24 hours Thanks Very unreliable and poor wifi when I actually get it and costing £55 per month - rip off!

Brilliant service! So glad I switched to Wessex. The customer service team are worth every penny. Nice to see a business that actually cares.

Had an issue with broadband connection yesterday and Ben Young talked me through the processes patiently and clearly allowing me resolve the problem.

Engineer who came to install was incredibly helpful, quick and got our internet installed and running in no time

We don’t actually have fibre yet but WI has taken over our service. The service is not being maintained and it is constantly dire especially during bad weather. When we have it it is hitting the 50 we pay for but it lasts moments and then goes again. One solution from WI is to PURCHASE their router before they actually give us one as part of the contract we have signed up for. I may review again once the service has actually been put in place but until then we have to suffer no or poor internet.

We’ve had ultrafast broadband for over 2 years and are so relieved to have fast speeds after years of struggling with very poor broadband. Had an issue last week which was remedied very quickly and efficiently by speaking to Will Targett, who sorted out the problem by talking us through it. Very impressed by customer support! I was very happy with the installation service. Since then...pretty unhappy. Very hard to get hold of-ages to wait on the phone. When you choose the callback option it can be a couple of days or not at all. And I'm still waiting for a callback now for an unresolved issue.

The whole experience with Wessex has been excellent. From the teams installing the ducts in our street, who were extremely polite, helpful and made sure everything was left clean and tidy during the build period. The Garden team were excellent, explained what was going to happen. The job was completed quickly with no fuss and the garden was left nice and tidy. The house install was carried out by Max, he explained everything he was doing, did a great job and is a credit to the company. All the calls I have had with Wessex team have been positive. Minor things, like understanding how the billing was going to work having moved from another company, were sorted with no fuss. Discussed my issue of not getting a good signal at the far end of the house, they supplied a booster and we now get a brilliant signal throughout the house. I would certainly recommend Wessex Internet based on the experience we have received.

We have been with Wessex internet and Internet phone for the last 10 months, I run a business which mostly worked through my land line, since moving to fiber, the Internet land line has been more off than on, I have lost some business through the off period. Now most of my customers use my mobile to contact me, making the landline redundant so I thought at the end of the contact November I would drop the land line,Wessex would understand that. After explaining the situation all I got from Wessex was "No you can not do that you are under contract"at the same time trying to sell me a more expensive contract. They did not mention that I was out of contract in November until I dragged it out of them. This evening no Internet no phone and no one to call.

We've had quite a few teething problems and we were beginning to despair. However, James saved the day, he was extremely polite and patient and was able to talk us through the set up and pairing process. All is now good.

The Support team are really helpful, there is always someone to speak to; I phoned with two problems, today, spoke to Lucy who responded in a straightforward manner, providing solutions for both, holding on the line to make sure that everything was working.

Maddie is a great asset to your company. She was fantastic in all ways. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Maddie for sorting everything out so efficient and fast for us. As to our Internet connection. All great at the moment. Time will tell

So far .... very impressed with their service. They'd laid the cable before I'd even moved in and connected me the day after I'd moved in. I was a little miffed at the set up cost, but the engineer was here for a few hours, did a great job, patiently suffered my dogs love for him and he (the engineer) did a great job with a smile and a friendly attitude.

This company have been mucking about with our local phonelines, and our internet has been intermittent for the past 4 days, dropping out left right and centre, They dont give tuppence for anyone not subscribing to their extortionate packages. There is no out of hours complaint line, and we are being inconvenienced. The company has asked for more info, sadly I mucked up my reply and seem to be unable to respond. So have added the relevant info here - They commenced work in the DT9 4NW area on Thursday 26th sept, at which point our internet speeds started dropping and we are struggling to get to 9mps download. and the connection keeps dropping out. Their crew were working in the area Thurs/Fri/Sat not here sunday, back today monday 30th. No point of contact over the weekend, massive inconvenience with no warning. We are aware of only 1 household in the immediate vicinity even taking their service, yet we are suffering.

The overhead connection to our house was done very well and quickly. The follow-up installation by Daniel was also carried out with the minimum of fuss and was achieved within a couple of hours. The service in the first few days appears to be as good as was promised.

Jordan did a top job lifting and laying the slabs to bring the wire to the house; definitely went the extra mile to make it a proper job. Tiago was just as good on the actual install. Working around a load of other stuff going on at house at the same time, he was quick and efficient and again, did a great job.
