Brilliant service We just added an Asus extender. It was configured and sent to us by courier. Customer support in setting it up was fast and courteous and only took 5 minutes. Well done Wessex!

Garden Team 5 led by Troy were excellent, efficient and friendly and took excellent care of our garden during the cable installation. Dan Jones and Nicola followed-up with setting-up the connection and were truly great fun to have around and very knowledgeable and thorough - we have great internet here now. I would happily recommend Wessex Internet to anyone moving to Dorset - what an excellent company! Thanks too to Lewis Cherrett in Customer Onboarding and the great backroom team.
Wessex continue to impress me across the whole team - the onboarding team through to the Customer Service team. We have now migrated to their Ultrafast Fibre service and we are delighted with the speed and stability that the fibre delivers. Josh did a fantastic job at suggesting an unobtrusive route for the cable entry into our home. Most recent contact with the Customer Service team was friendly and incredibly efficient - thanks to Stephanie Newman for being so so helpful and friendly.

I am blown away with Wessex Internet. After years of terrible internet, coverage has been particularly bad for the last six months. Wessex Internet have done me proud, an excellent service from start to finish and extremely swift to resolve my problems, just 10 days and life is transformed !!

Greeted by engineer Ally nice and early this morning. With a cheerful smile and a hearty 'good morning, He asked where we would like the phone, and explained all the options. Fitted all the various bits and bobs. Went through all details and left a comprehensive guide. Well pleased with the final job. Thoroughly competent engineer and a credit to your company.
Today I had Tyler install my Wessex internet and I am very pleased with his work not only is he a nice man but his work ethic are amazing Highly recommend.

I had cancelled my internet service as I was moving house to an area which is not covered by Wessex. However, my moving date was put back so I called Wessex to ask if my contract could be extended. Will Targett was extremely helpful and kindly offered to extend my coverage for two weeks. I can't imagine getting this level of service from any other internet provider. Their customer service has always been exceptional. I am so sorry to be leaving them.

After a false start some months ago our Wessex Internet broadband was installed yesterday by Chris Payne without fuss or trouble. Excellent service help from Sales, too. The team that came to install outside cables also did a friendly professional job without fuss.
Long term existing customer of Wessex. Experienced sudden loss of connection - usually very reliable. After trying usual remedies called Wessex - spoke with Ian Williams. With his assistance over a long call testing kit on the dish end of the connection full internet connection was re-established. No issues since, so likely a gremlin hiccup. Good chap, good company.
I'm so pleased that I signed up for fibre broadband with this local company. Wessex Internet's customer service has been excellent from the start. However, Toby from the tech team raised the bar by taking the time and the trouble to sort out a booster—which will allow me to use the internet throughout my rambling old property—with great care, skill and patience. Thank goodness for good old fashioned service and being able to speak to someone on the phone—it makes all the difference.
Tech. support’s Jack listened patiently to the problem I was experiencing with WiFi coverage. He tried a few remote solutions with varying results and he was very helpful - following his steer we are still experimenting and seem to be getting good results. Thank you.
Fibre laying installation work excellent - garden lawn left in a surprisingly good condition by a very professional and polite team - and when I then went to book the final electrical installation I got through to Katie Gondelle who, apart from being a pleasure to talk to, got me booked in promptly for this week. Top service.
Friendly, and professional from the start. The men who ploughed the cables into the fields were left practically no trace that they had been there, and were polite, friendly and a pleasure to have a round. Vicky Missen - Community Engagement and Katie Gondelle - Installation Co Ordinator ensured the whole process was super easy, and were a big hit with the kids! Sen the installation engineer did a very tidy job despite having two puppies trying to assist him, and set the whole system up so it worked beautifully straight out of the box. A very knowledgeable person, and did a great job of explaining everything. I nice bunch of people, and I would highly recommend.
