1Star Wessex to 5 Star Stephanie!
This started from a very low 1star. Since the installation performance has been very poor in parts of the house. Getting an extra booster was like pulling teeth. Mistake after mistake. Finally Stephanie got a grip and sorted things. So she gets the 5 Stars, I withhold my judgement on Wessex a while longer!!
