Great customer service
I have been a Wessex Internet customer for a few years and have always received great customer service. This week I noticed that my boosters were not connected so I contacted Wessex and was helped by Lucy Fielding who very efficiently worked out what the problem was and very patiently helped me to do what was needed my end to get them up and running again. Thank you Lucy. Would recommend Wessex Internet to all.
