I had a couple of issues when getting my Dark Star line squared away plus an ordered device. Waleed Asghar helped me out immensely with fixing billing related issues and gave me some status on a device I ordered - the fix got done and told me the skinny plus conditions, which were totally reasonable. On the device, since it was a bit of short of a fire sale on a Pixel, I knew US Mobile (and it's underlying seller/logistics company) would be overwhelmed but just wanted a casual status, and got what I needed. None of these inquiries are urgent but were either fixed or information told, both to my satisfaction. That's how you run a business and keep customers! Waleed and US Mobile did great today!

I switched to US Mobile because it has more flexibility for adding smartwatches. Customer service has been exceptional every time I had a question (or I goofed up and needed them to fix it for me). Today Bukhari helped me change one Watch plan to a different device, switch networks, and add a companion watch. He clearly explained the factors I needed to consider and handled steps on his end when I ran into network errors on my side. The company has been great and is fairly priced.

Yusra at US Mobile helped me through setting up service on my older phone and was very patient and helpful. I didn't have to wait on hold for 30-90 minutes or for hours for an email response to get customer support as was the case with my previous carrier. It was a welcome change from other phone companies I've dealt with and having access to more than one network is a great feature.

My experience today with Seyed Mohammad Ibtisam Zaidi was delightful extraordinary and exceptional. I am currently traveling out of the country and had the most frightening experience when my cell phone stopped working. I feel truly blessed and grateful to have been able to chat with Mohammad. He was very understanding of my plight and went above and beyond to have the matter resolved. His resilience and commitment to his job is exemplary, even i was becoming impatient, yet he remained professional and committed. Guys, I think THIS IS THE ONE. It's the cell phone company that you'll want to be committed to. Ive had them now for almost 3 months - one month in the US and one month in France/Belgium. Customer service: helpful and fast, even internationally! International data plan: diverse, cheaper than AT&T/Verizon (I've had both) US Phone Service: I live in Phoenix and it hasn't failed me once - not spotty at all! Bonus: Apple Watch Service - it's FREE add-on if you have Warp Speed. It used to cost me $15 dollars/month!
