Faiqa is absolutely a tremendous asset to US Mobile. She worked with me for nearly an hour answering every question I asked, on many different topics, helped me know what to do to still be able to use the promo code even though I’m on the free trial I started last night June 18th(just have to order regular monthly service before June 30th) and gave me a reference code to contact and give to someone if when I start my regular service the discount doesn’t get automatically applied. She also helped me switch from Warp to Dark Star, and since I was confused on how to do it my self, she took care of it for me and made sure that everything was working correctly before the end of our conversation. I give Faiqa a 10 out of 10 for great customer service, in that she went above and beyond expectations in helping me, so much better than my old AT&T mobile service customer service. Also so far I am very happy with US Mobile phone service and definitely happy with the customer service. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about US Mobile. Thank you Faiqa and thank you US Mobile for caring about your customers, it means a lot!!!
