I needed to change my flight details and spoke to Norman who guided me through my options in a very friendly, processional and informative manner. The process took a minimal of time and I received all of the information by email immediately and made payment for the changes easily through the online portal. I can thoroughly recommend Travel Trolley and Norman was a great advert for the company.

I had a very pleasant experience at Travel Trolley especially the service provided by Rachit. He was very patient and discussed various options with me and helped me to choose one suitable for my needs. He was very professional, kind and prompt. I had used the service in the past and I will definitely look forward to use in the future. Once thank you Rachit for your help.

I was directed to Travel Trolley from Google Flights with a fare much lower than the competition. I booked online and my card was charged, but only when I received the immediate confirmation in my email was it made clear that the fare was not guaranteed and that it could take up to 48 hours to confirm. I waited 3 hours and then called as my flight was the next day. Travel Trolley checked and said they couldn't honour the original fare but offered an alternative which cost more than the others I'd seen with competitors when booking. I then cancelled the booking and they say my card will be refunded in a number of days. It seems Travel Trolley just lure customers in with cheap but fake fares and then try to sell the same fares as everyone else once they have you on the hook. This approach lacks integrity and is totally unfair to the consumer. I am reporting my experience to Trading Standards.

I had great support too resecdule my fliight

Strange procedures that are not clear requiring website payments and then follow-up emails. Truly bizarre and unconventional. Then they try to bait-and-switch you onto a more expensive flight.

Took my money upon booking, then wrote two days later and said BA’s airfare had increased so they cancelled my booking. The refund would take 48 business hours to process (four calendar days due to intervening weekend). I called the call centre and they would not assist finding another airfare. Non-existent customer service.

I wish there was an option to give no stars as I had the worst experience in booking a flight with Travel trolley. I heard of this company, but never used them. The feedback was very positive. I booked a flight to Thiruvananthapuram from LHR via Travel trolley. I had an email confirmation and the payment was taken. I was looking for this trip as I had the tickets for a very good price. The next day I had a call from Travel trolley customer service saying they cannot issue the ticket as the flight I booked is not bookable. Offered me tickets on Air India, which I refused due to previous bad experience. Travel trolley refunded me but the irony is that I managed to book my flight on the same flight using another company. Not sure why it was not bookable by Travel trolley. I had to pay an extra 200GBP, but it was hassle free. Never expected this from Travel trolley and not going to use them anymore.

Airline cancelled my flight and customer service agent Andy was really helpful and accommodated my needs and helped me book the closest available flight.

I had to travel urgently, and Morris my travel agent helped me out so much. Looked for cheapest available options for me and gave me a change in flight. Much appreciated!!

I will never book with this agency anymore. I booked a flight ticket and there was a little mistake on my last name. I contacted the agency tk amend the last name however, they informed me, that the airline does not allow them to amend the name. While I spoke to Airfrance, they were happy to amend the name as I am a frequent flyer, however, they were unable as only the agency can do so. But the agency are refusing to amend my name ans the only option they are giving me is a policy refund of £135 out a total price of £961.64. I am extremely disappointed. Spelling errors do happen, I have read previous reviews about this agency where people have had same issues as me and they have solved the problem but in my case, it's total opposite.
