I got my tickets right away, and then when my event was cancelled, I received a refund immediately after a email without having to chase anyone down or beg. It sounds simple, but nowadays that’s such... See more

NEVER AGAIN! The biggest run around, overpriced, scam going. TicketsOnSale.com and TicketSales.com have the same IVR and process - same scam. Took money, no tickets. Say they are sending URL and just don't.
Not at all happy with this purchase and will never use this site again. I thought I was on the site for the official parking for the event. This parking cost a total of $42.00 for a $15.00 spot. They do not disclose fees until after you purchase. This is a total rip off!
Got over charged 100 but We live and we learn.
I did not like that I had to download an app to access my tickets. I bought the tickets for a friend and had to go through hoops to transfer the tickets to her. After so much trouble i researched tickets for the same concert and found them $40 cheaper per ticket elsewhere. The customer service was very friendly and helpful but the overall app I will never use again
A ripoff. They charged me as a fee as much as a ticket alone would cost - when I called 1/2 hour after I finished and realized what they were charging. My credit card had not been charged yet, and told them I wanted to cancel the purchase they said No can not stop the charge. So I was stuck my ticket would have cost me $160 for two people instead they charged me $405!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would! I bought a parking pass for the Blue Jays vs. Twins game in Toronto for the Monday, August 25th game through ticketsonsale. It was my first time ever using this site and to be honest, it was annoying that the prices were in USD and not CAD even though the event and parking pass they were selling were in Canada... But we bought this parking pass for the game that ended up costing just over $52. We literally canceled the ticket about 30 mins afterward as we realized that our hotel was near the subway station that would take us basically right to the stadium. When I went to the ticket itself, there was an option to click a link to request to cancel and get a refund. So I did. I immediately received a message prompt back stating that my cancelation was "successful" and that I was to expect a refund within "5 days" of the cancelation. So, I thought everything was done and complete but then checked afterward that we never received an email confirmation about canceling the parking pass. I thought something seemed odd as we just noticed the charge come off our credit card so then I reached out to the Live Chat through their website and they basically just said that they dont do refunds and that because they are a 3rd party booking group that they cannot issue a refund... This is absolutely a scam. They allowed me to cancel the pass within the link on the ticket, had a message prompt state that the ticket was canceled and to expect the refund but then never sent a confirmation email about it and they are asking now for a screenshot of the cancelation message which I cannot go back to get, because obviously the event is now over and the link I clicked on originally is greyed out and I cannot do anything now. This is absolute BS and I would never use this site again and would encourage others to steer clear!!
We purchased parking for the Brooklyn nets match parking and when we went to enter the carpark the parking was already used… they sold the same ticket to multiple people. I tried to contact and get my money back but they didn’t do anything. Do not purchase from them.
Absolute scam, charged 220% from venue prices after using unwittingly.
The currency is not shown. Make me paying on USD instead of CAD. Price triple. No refund. Rude customer service
This company will rip you off. For two tickets that should have cost approximately 50.00 each. They charged me l1100.00 for two. They have very sly way of ripping you off. Also they wait till crunch time to release your tickets. finally getting my tickets. the paper had on it 1 and 2 of eight. the six seats around sat empty because i paid for them as well
I would give negative stars if I could. I was defrauded by these guys, beware! They sold me “concert” tickets that weren’t actually tickets to the concert but access to the fair where I could sit outside of the stadium for free! Be careful buying anything from this site.
ARNAQUE!!! À ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX!!
This is an online 3rd party seller. If things go wrong they take zero responsibility. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS VIA THIS COMPANY . I lost 980 dollars, and even worse, 4 hours on phone being redirected and told “there is nothing we can do”
Complete ripoff. Charged twice what I could have gotten. Dont ever use them
J'ai acheté une prestation stationnement pour un match sur Dallas, mais l'endroit de parking que j'ai acheté n'existe pas, l'adresse est fausse. J'ai payé 37 pour rien
If I could rate NEGATIVE 5 I would. 2 days from event and no tickets. No answers from customer service other than “I am sorry sir…”. No help, no info. High prices. Will never use this service again.
I purchased a parking ticket for $99.00 so we could go to the matt rife concert on 8/9/25 Seriously, overpriced, scanned our code when we got down there and was told that the code was already used. Don't waste your time or money. We parked in the parking lot. Next to the parking garage paid fifteen dollars.
I googled Ticketmaster and unintentionally "bought" tickets through this website. I paid almost double the actual ticketmaster site. Won't send me the tickets because the event is still almost 4 months away. But I'll definitely get them before the event. If I want my money back I can resell these tickets, even if I don't have them. When I tried to refund through paypal, they lied to paypal saying I received the tickets. This is a total scam.
Price was 3x the posted price at the site Confusion about download confirmation Wrong address of the parking site Useless customer support Barcode not recognized upon entry There are many better services out there
