Not only was I not given a refund when the band I paid to see canceled, but I was also charged 3 times the face value if the tickets even though I ordered the tickets 4 months before the show. Do not use TicketsOnSale.com. it is a scam.

Scam ,Still had to walk to Hollywood Park n ride 10 minutes car ride from venue, which takes about 45 minutes to event due to traffic,have to get vehicle out by 1230 am,after show another 45-50 minutes ride back to park n ride walk to parking site. Total scam,you think you're getting Hollywood bowl parking but you're not its a 5$structure somewhere else foe 36$+7$ fee

I wouldn't buy tickets for a a grade school concert from these people my tickets were not delivered to my house as promised then was told they would be in will call under my which they were not the emergency contact didn't answer! I spent 2000 dollars and all got from this company was disappointment. Do yourself a favor order thru anyone else!!!!

I got my tickets right away, and then when my event was cancelled, I received a refund immediately after a email without having to chase anyone down or beg. It sounds simple, but nowadays that’s such a win!

Do not trust this company. I never received my purchase. They did not respond to my emails. They kept me on hold for 30 minutes. My issue was never resolved.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I paid 3xs over other venues and NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKETS!!! Look and read before You leap!!!! I’ve contacted the Attorney general for help in getting my money back but they’re giving them the run around too!!!

I purchased three Beyoncé concert tickets from TicketsOnSale.com on May 3, 2025, for the June 19 Paris show. I chose the Honey Bucking section, which is located closer to the stage and seemed like a good deal compared to U.S. prices. After I placed my order, I contacted them several times asking when my tickets would be delivered. Each time, they told me there was “nothing to worry about” and that the tickets would arrive before the event. I trusted their reassurances. Because of that, I booked an international trip for myself, my mother, and my daughter — including airfare, hotel, rushed passports, meals, and necessities. Altogether, I spent around $6,000, expecting to receive the seats I paid for. Instead, the tickets I eventually received (too late to cancel or adjust travel) were in Section B4 — near the top of the stadium, third row from the back — much cheaper and not at all what I ordered. I had to buy replacement tickets the day of the show in a different section just to attend. TicketsOnSale.com’s actions were misleading and unacceptable. They took my money, failed to deliver the product as promised, and offered no real solution. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, New York and Delaware Attorney General, and my credit card company. I strongly warn others: this company is not trustworthy. Don’t risk your time, money, or experience on this site.

The worst. I HOPE YOU WOULD READ THIS Wait until the last minute to get tickets. I had to curse at them to get tickets. Than when we got there the worst seats in the building. Not the tickets I ordered. Cheat with pricing and seating. THE WORST NEVER AGAIN

I bought concert tickets that were way over priced from them. I reached out several times with no response. So I contacted my bank. After I made a claim against them someone finally answered me with “we are unable to assist you due to an open dispute”. After days of this. I finally got the claim closed prior to event. Talked to cs on the phone multiple times and emails and was told the same the open dispute prevents us from giving info. I sent email to show claim was decided in their favor. Well contact bank to release fund. Ok. Then I get an email to tell me they sold my tickets and I would receive a partial refund of less than a third of what I paid!!!!!!!! Scam and said it was my fault do to the dispute because I agreed to terms. Ok. Why was this info never stated to me until after the funds were released. And their terms say if they don’t provide the tickets and cancel they provide a refund. Scam scam rip off company

I was looking at tickets for a minor league baseball game in Richmond, Virginia. My son got a hold of my phone and accidentally purchased the tickets. I called The help Center as soon as they open for the day and they were unwilling to resolve my issue stating they were a second market seller. Then I disputed the charges and they took the tickets back from me and resold them without my consent. So tickets I paid $373 for they gave me $52 in refund. When I confronted them they would just hang up on me. I would highly recommend not using this company.

I would not give any stars if that was an option. It is deceptive advertising, mimicking the actual venue and they charge so many fees that was get after the fact. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they sold my tickets for face value and kept $340 in “fees”. I plan to go to Attorney General’s office with a complaint as well as Better Business Bureau. Do NOT use this site or Vivid Seats which apparently is the company they use to get or sell tickets.

they don't know what they are doing; they were not familiar with venue. I supposed to buying general admission seated tickets and they sold me standing room only tickets and would not refund the tickets or the price. I will never use them again and neither should you.

I also thought I was buying direct for a concert. The ticket range started at $42 and I was trying to buy 4 tickets at the lowest price. I thought it was showing me a total cost for 4 tickets at $114. But when I purchased them it showed I paid $612.86!!! I immediately tried to cancel, but they refused, said it was too late. When I got my tickets, the price on the ticket showed they were each $52.50. I tried to reach them again, but no response of course. TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!!!!! And super frustrated!

I was consistantly pushed aside by customer service when trying to get a status of my order. Told to quit bothering them and i would get my tickets by May 29. May 30 came and the event was the next day. I had to hound them again and waited hours for a response and my tickets. They came and low and behold the tickets were only $30 each. I bought 8 and was charged almosty $700. Stay away from this place.

Price gouging with super inflated fees not disclosed until tickets paid. They advertise a price that looks reasonable and once the hidden fees are added, you could pay up to 50% more than advertised. Never again will I purchase tickets from this outfit.

I thought that I was on the venue ticket site. I purchased tickets and got the email confirmation but had a terrible time downloading the tickets and could not print them when finally downloaded.

The site represents itself as being the venue selling the tickets. My mistake for not noticing. Do be aware. They add excessive service fees and refused a refund for a cancelled show. Not an ethical business

Gouged on price and no delivery. Avoid this scam site with a wide berth.
