When a concert was announced I searched for the venue and clicked on the first site that came up. Unfortunately it took me to Tickets On Sale when I thought I was on the venues preffered ticket sellers site. I saw a price that looked fair and purchased. My credit card was charged twice the price I thought I was paying. It turns out it was US site, I am Canadian and the concert is in Canada so I tought I would be billed in CDN dollars. After they added fees and taxes, I ended up paying twice the price for tickets that are still available on the venues site. I sould have looked closer when purchasing but was on the fly travelling. Tired of companies with their deceptive sites.

A TOTAL SCAM!!! Bought a parking pass for over $100 only to show up to the event and the pass had already been used. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I purchased Tickets in March for a concert in London in late May. The tickets were to be delivered a week before the concert. I got an email on the date of expected delivery saying that they would be delayed. Of course, I had planned to leave for London with the tickets. Now no tickets. There are a lot of reviews (which I should have read before using the site) saying this is a constant problem of late or no delivery

Total scam. Event was cancelled and they don't want to refund my money.

Called minutes after mistakenly buying tickets thinking I was checking prices. Way higher price than legit sites. Avoid!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! they dont give you the final price until after tickets are purchased, and they fail to tell you about the almost 500 dollar service charge. and there is no option to refund or cancel. you have to message customer service for your full receipt. then talking with a customer service rep they said they are with Vivid Seats and not with ticketsonsale.com SAVE YOUR MONEY! this website is a scam if ive EVER seen one!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

This is a scam site who will sell the ticket at double the market price saying that this is last ticket. I unfortunately got trapped an bought Sphere- vegas tickets. There is no cancellation on this scame site.. so please please don't buy

literally one of the worst companies ever. they are not to be trusted. look them up. they have two people and no ceo to be found. hey TicketsOnSale CEO - if you see this please contact me. You won't contact me because you know your company is full of it and cheat. I (admittedly, stupidly) bought 2x tix for a local venue. They did a great job (kudos!) making it look legit. ended up carging me $160.95 (!) when it should have been $80 (with fees). box office, $60 for 2. I couldn't access tix on email - button did not work. Literally they did not deliver tickets. so I downloaded app that's supposed to work. I entered the purchase code - did not pull up the tickets. did not get tickets for the event. next day, I Called and spoke to two people. both full of it. look at reviews on trust pilot. I dont know if I'll come back here. two examples: * (just one of many bogus) 5* review that literally says 'worst experience ever.' 5 stars and terrible comment. hmm. but yet, * one 5* review says 'great price and delivered on time.' this reviewer made one review. so they decided to make a glowing comment and made no more comments? look for many examples. doesn't add up, does it. this company is dishonest. there's two reasons for the mixed reviews: people got scammed or cheated in some way, and cheat reviews just like this crap outfit.

After I purchased tickets thru this company, I found out that they charged double the price of the tickets sold directly from the venue. I tried to dispute the charge but the merchant rejected my dispute 3 weeks ago and the charge was added to my credit card. 2 days before the show, I contacted them and found out they resold my tickets and would be issuing a refund! This refund is coming 3 weeks after they rejected my dispute and processed the charge ($512.17). I received an email stating my refund is $288, which means they STOLE $224.17 and cannot explain where that money goes! Someone is living fat off of this bullshit! Will NEVER use this company again and I advise no one else to!

Shame on me for buying from this company. The price was three times higher than buying from the venue, which is who I thought I was buying from. The venue told me this company was not an authorized reseller and probably would not honor the tickets. Buyer beware before purchasing anything from these guys.

There are 4 issues with this merchant and my ticket order: 1) When I purchased the tickets online, there was no notice anywhere that the funds were in USD. My email receipt received right after my online purchase simply stated a total of $816.19 was the order total to be charge on my VISA. I was shocked when my VISA bill indicated foreign exchange and a total of $1,159.94. 2) The merchant, in its second email message to me stated that the tickets would be emailed to me "On or before October 6th", when the concert is scheduled for October 7th. This is unacceptable for many reasons, a) if the emailed tickets are incorrect, I have no redress or possibility of disputing the transaction; b) there is a chance that the company does not send me the tickets by the date of the concert (October 7th), and again I would have no redress. c) I have never purchased online tickets where the seller delayed sending the email tickets to an 'unknown' date. 3) the last message has in small print "requests tickets may sometimes be replaced with comparable tickets", possibly meaning you do not get what you thought you purchased, 4) the final reason for the dispute is that this merchant refuses to cancel the order, even though I have advised them that their site is dishonest in not clearly stating that the funds charged are in USD. I have spoken with a customer service representative on May 7, 2025 and I was advised that I could not cancel the order, despite explaining to them the above reasons that I wish to cancel, especially the fact that they do not clearly state that their charges are in USD. Given that this merchant is dubious and dishonest, and neglects to provide necessary information on their website (i.e. USD pricing, dates that tickets will be emailed, the possibility that they will replace the tickets that you ordered so that you do not receive what you purchased), STAY AWAY from them.

Over paid for tickets were $35 I paid double through this company wouldn’t recommend

Like many others, when I wanted tickets to a concert in the future, I searched for the venue, and I didn't pay close enough attention, so I thought I was purchasing from the venue. After I purchased, I realized that I had bought through a reseller. I read the 1-star reviews, and I got nervous, but I saw that some people did leave positive reviews. Yes, the tickets I bought were overpriced, but I had also selected seats that were sold out and not available. So I should pay more. I had five months until the concert, and I worried that I might be waiting until the last minute to get the tickets. But then, about 45 days after I bought (with three months to spare until the show), I got the tickets in my email and showing in my account. So I have gone from being nervous, to patient, to happy. I got what I wanted, at a price that I thought was fair when I paid it, and I am happy about that. I am looking forward to the concert!

Awful company. I bought tickets to see Elevation worship in Miami I thought but somehow it purchased them in GA. I called the company within 5 minutes of my purchase and they were very unhelpful. They refused to refund or exchange to Miami. Upon further investigation I discovered I paid $897.27 for 2 tickets that if id bought direct from Ticketmaster (where they ended up coming from anyway) they would have cost just $500. This company is a rip off and terrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Terrible customer service! Ticket prices are jacked up! DO NOT BUY! Refused to cancel my ticket purchase, even after only one hour of realizing I made a mistake. Then told me to resell them through Facebook. So annoyed

Does not tell you the upcharge for tickets until after purchase. Will not refund for any reason even though they charged me 2x the listed price after purchase.

I deeply regret ever visiting this site. If you find yourself looking for tickets from them, READ EVERY WORD of their checkout. When I used them, a slightly overpriced per ticket price was prominent on the page while the total calculated from their extremely high processing fees was much less prominent. My mistake, but that doesn’t mean I don’t feel cheated. My recommendation is to avoid ticketsonsale.com.

En vacances au Québec, j'ai acheté deux billets pour le concert d'Arcade Fire 2 jours plus tard. À l'Olympia, impossible de retrouver les billets en ligne (car il était écrit que les captures d'écran ne fonctionnent pas), je vais au guichet, et là ils ne retrouvent pas mon nom dans les gens ayant acheté leur place. Arnaqueurs !

I'd rather cover my entire body in papercuts and bathe in vinegar than purchase from this scam of a website or deal with their awful customer service. If this is the only place to get a ticket, do yourself a favor and just find a different event to attend.
