Avoid this site like the plague
Avoid this site like the plague. These people are basically scalpers in suits. After paying these people, you have to set up an account with Ticketmaster and download the tickets from the Ticketmaster site. I was taken in by misleading google result, which they probably have paid google to appear at the top of the listings, that listed the specific name of the venue and the artist which led me to believe I was dealing with the venue directly. When I went to the site, I should have noticed that this was not the case but the reviews listed were all 5 stars. At the top of the site it states, in greyed out lettering: “We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office.” If users miss this they are out of luck. The purchase screen is split into two halves. The left half is where you enter all your personal info is displayed as a normal screen and the right half is faded out and not very noticeable. This is where they list all the fees and taxes that are being added to the ticket price and the fact that the prices are in US$. The fees were $24.00 per ticket and there is a $7.50 Delivery fee for each ticket. The result was that I ended up paying $446 for 2 tickets that would have cost $175 on Ticketmaster. Customers have no recourse here since all the information is available to them when visiting the site. The issue is that the info is presented in duplicitous fashion designed to tell the truth in a way that hides the facts. The 5-star reviews are suspect since this company offers nothing special, and the guarantee only means you will get your tickets which is of course the least one could expect. They even sponsor their own review site Unfortunately, I fell for it but before dealing with this company, know all the facts
