Do not this website to buy anything. They charged us double the cost of what the tickets would’ve been direct through the teams. When purchasing my tickets through their website, it told me I have 10 minutes to confirm. I never confirmed because I never saw an email from them. Apparently it went to my junk mail. Even in saying this, I never received said tickets or accepted the sale. I ended up purchasing the tickets direct through the teams website for half of the price of what they were stating. When I went to get a return on my credit card, they told me there is nothing they will do to refund me. Again, if you sit on their website, it said I had 10 minutes to confirm and I never was sent an email during that time. I did not confirm my tickets therefore they should have been returned. Once it timed out, it said my tickets were no longer available so I moved on. It is not clear how their process works from beginning to end. I did not accept anything nor do I think I should’ve been billed for that. Don’t make the same mistake by direct through the team

You will think that this is not a legit ticket business. The good news is that it is legit! I found it incredibly stressful that I could not actually speak with someone during the process. You could communicate with an online chat bot which added to the anxiety of whether or not this was a scam. I was told that my tickets would either be at will call, emailed or delivered in person. I was notified the day of the event that my tickets would be delivered at the venue. This did happen. I was concerned with driving 90 minutes with the "hope" that this would all work out. The delivery system would be my only complaint. All systems the day of the event were great.

Ticketsonsale website sucks recommend not to use. They swapped out my floor seat tickets for ones in the bleachers and did not offer any reductions in cost as my floor seats where valued 2-3 times $

Indicated that this was the venue site and it wasn’t. No way to cancel after the price of the tickets was outrageously increased by extra fees.

This company is a total scam! They are selling tickets to events where the venue has not even started selling tickets. And they are selling the non existent tickets for a hugely marked up price! I plan to tell everyone I know and have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

This site is deceptive and engages in price gouging. They should be shut down.

I purchased tickets and was unable to download the tickets on my phone at the event, I ended up buying tickets from the vendor directly. Customer service is a joke, I called the number and no one answered to help me. I told them that and they claimed it was because they are on central time, but it didn't say that next to their HELP number. Overall, a very frustrating experience and I will NEVER use this ticket agency again! Disappointed in an agency that DOES NOT stand behind their ticket sales and provides no guarantee of tickets or a refund if the tickets don't download.

Run don’t walk from this site!!! Totally fraudulent and charges 4times the face value of the ticket. Refused to help with my purchase except for to possibly resell my ticket ($130 for a ticket with a face value of $ 40.) 😂 Total ripoff… would give 0 stars if possible!! Don’t get scammed!!!

The worst. Offered tix that weren’t available, sent tix that were much worse. Lesson learned, they are the wirst.

Awful, awful experience and not compliant. They have prices for tickets listed as the same price that Canadian sites have them listed for (in CAD). They then sell you the tickets in USD (with little warning or information on this). They are essentially scraping off the conversion rate off of tickets to turn a profit. Completely unethical and bad practice. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Scam website! STAY away! I had to call the bank

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. "Ticketsonsale" is a horrible online vendor for purchasing tickets. Their upcharge is incredible and they can change your seats to "comparable" ones. We purchased 2 seats to the MJ - The Musical at the Broward Center Au Rene. We thought the tickets included Club Level seats, dinner and valet parking. Instead we got two ticket at the MEZZANINE Level, NO dinner and NO valet parking. Here's the kicker - we payed $1451.82. However 2 tickets with all the amenities at the box office would have been a little over $500. That's triple the cost with a third of the amenities. We forwarded our complaint to American Express and hopefully they can put a "black mark" on this vendor. I will copy my remarks and reviews in as many online sources as possible and hopefully others won't be trapped into paying such exorbitant prices!

Tickets-on-sale is a complete scam. Please do not waste your time with this company. You’ll regret it! Just wait and get it directly from the source…it’s just not worth it. They also have horrible customer service.

If there were no stars I would give it that rating. Awful service, unclear instructions, misinformation. Use anyone but them!!!!!!!

Company with very deceptive business practices

I would give this zero stars if I could. Do not trust this site. They drastically inflate prices and refuse to cancel orders even five minutes after the order is placed (before confirmation of tickets had even arrived). Absolute scam.

Thought I was dealing with Jumbo Shrimp ticket office. Prices they charge are way above other sources. Tried to cancel an order within minutes for a minor league baseball game months out and they issue no refunds under any circumstances. I was unable to connect to a real person on the number they give and my emails went unanswered. I would never use them again for any reason.

Tickets on sale is a complete rip off and scam. I was charged $256.51 for 2 tickets that I never received. Went to the music venue and paid $20 a piece $40 for the 2 tickets. Don’t ever get scammed through Tickets on Sale, they are here to rip you off.

Ridiculous. Followed a bad link to a stand-up comedian event. Thought it was the ticket seller and it was this horrible reseller. They process your order but then "place" the order, but won't confirm your tickets and can't cancel or even resell the tickets.
