First I thought they were Ticketmaster

First I thought they were Ticketmaster. Be careful what you link onto. That was link I opened. So I bought a preferred parking pass thru them and they sent me a general one. The event was less than 24 hours so I called them hadn’t received anything from them. Their person sent me the wrong pass. I called them back to fix the mistake. They wouldn’t acknowledge the mistake by the representative. Refuse to fix it, refused a refund for me to get what I ordered. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware 😠😤
