Disappointed and frustrating to download my tickets for Toto concert
I purchased tickets for Toto concert months ago. Got email confirmation and email showing receipt of payment. Got #. The concert was on a Monday so I went to my ticketmaster app to get the tickets on the friday befor. No luck. It showed no tickets. Tried everything that it tells you to do. Then I called support and they even couldn't find anything in my account. Then I started to email support. It went back and forth with them telling me what to do with questions and links throughout the weekend. Finally I got my tickets Sunday night with the last link they sent me. Very frustrating with this whole mess where is supposed to be easy as your company says. The sad thing is that it's the 2nd time this happened
