I can't express enough how amazing my experience with Sucasa has been. From the very first conversation, Lauren was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. As first-time homebuyers, we were understandably nervous about the process, but Lauren made everything so clear and easy to understand. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was how straightforward the entire process was. The communication was outstanding – we were kept in the loop at every stage, and Lauren always made time to explain anything we didn’t fully understand. It's rare to find a company that is not only professional but also genuinely caring about your needs. What’s more, Sucasa has been a game-changer for us. We didn’t have a large deposit saved up, and we didn’t have the luxury of relying on family support. With property prices rising rapidly, we were worried about missing out, but thanks to Sucasa, we’ve been able to secure the mortgage we need to finally get our foot on the property ladder. It’s a real breakthrough for us, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity they’ve provided. The Sucasa team made purchasing my first property a reality, when other brokers told me I couldn't. For context I am in my 30's, single high income, no kids, no big debt, living in Perth and wanting to purchase in the inner-city suburbs. The time required to save the full deposit, would have kept me out of a home for a few years (whilst still having to pay 950/week rent). PRO: The costs are clear and upfront (you know how much you need to have and when). Interest rates are comparable to the big banks. The process is straight forward, and the team are always available to walk you through it. The option to refinance at any time is also great. CON: The portal used had some minor glitches. I wasn't always notified of additional request for information. If you have the income capacity and just don't have the full 20% deposit. This is such a great option. I can't recommend Sucasa enough!

Sucasa and the whole team were amazing. Mario was our specialist who guided and explained everything required to get our application processed. We are incredibly grateful for Sucasa becoming an option when they did. Bucking the trend of the ‘big banks’ and offering products to those who have good incomes and solid careers, makes home ownership a real possibility - a reality we are now living. At first, it almost seemed too good to be true. A provider that was willing to support those with a smaller deposit than the big banks. After a number of phone conversations with Adam and Mario, we were rest assured that the team and their mission at Sucasa was the real deal. A new trend that will hopefully be a catalyst for change with home loan lending amongst other financial institutes. Thank you Sucasa and the whole team!

I’m very particular when it comes to reviews & feedback, and this one is totally worth making an effort for. Team Sucasa! You guys have been amazing in terms of flexibility with loan options, and the overall experience has been so smooth so far. As an ex-BCG consultant, I always have my due diligence hat on (you know, running everything through those analytical lenses), and Lauren has been an absolute gem with heaps of patience with that. She answered all my questions with patience and empathy—truly a star! Being my first home, I really appreciated how she handled my case with so much care, making sure I was informed every step of the way. Also, I haven’t forgotten my first chat with Mario, where he took the time to break down the whole process in a way that actually made sense to my very “if-else” logic-driven brain. Loved that! Horrendous service! I would not recommend at all to anyone. Treated like an idiot and total disrespect. Nothing but issues with Sucasa. Please be aware they lie as well. Not a good look!

After going around to several lenders (banks and non-banks), we finally found Sucasa. We applied with them and got our pre-approval so quickly - the whole process didn’t even take 5 days! Makes you wonder why the bigger lenders make everything so complicated - Sucasa was simple, quick, transparent and everything we needed! Lauren from the applications support team was such a pleasure to speak with - she ran multiple numbers for us, helped us understand our financial position, answered all our questions with great patience - excellent service. Thanks Lauren :) Now we can go bid on the house we want - hopefully we’ll get it and can continue with Sucasa through the final transaction and settlement!

When i first saw Sucasa's offering i had a little suspicion that it was too good to be true. but here I am only a few months later sitting in my own home! Mario was amazing and helpful at every step of the process and this has shaved years off my journey to repurchase a property post-divorce. They were clear and up front about my purchasing power and at the preapproval stage came through with my budget in mind. When it came to the final approval step it was much easier than dealing with the big4; no need to explain every subscription service or $10 maccas charge. They were just looking for genuine savings and serviceability moving forward.
