DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.

Firma Autopay zrealizowała dyspozycję zamknięcia konta zgłoszoną przez podmiot trzeci, nie przedstawiając przy tym uzasadnionych powodów ani podstawy prawnej takiego działania. Dodatkowo proces ponownego przywrócenia dostępu do konta był niepotrzebnie utrudniany przez działania ze strony Autopay.

This is a scam. I have a perfect credit score and was offered a much lower rate than what I am currently paying now. After application approval, I was told that I would not be getting the rate or monthly payment I was offered via mail, because of where I lived. (offer came in the mail to my home address so they knew exactly where I lived). This was a complete waste of time and my credit score took on a "hard inquiry hit" from applying, only to be lied to. (I want to add that I have an immaculate credit score with no negative history at all.)

Used AutoPay, my agent Marvin Edwards told me that the refinance comes with a service contract. didn't mention that it would be an additonal 3K on my loan. My fault I blindly signed the contracts but he def mislead me. My new lower rate got me a higher monthly payment than what I was before. On the loan docs the monthly payment was lower, but when the bank reached out it was over 60$ more. In the end, I told Marvin my goal was to reduce monthly payment so I can pay off my vehicle faster. End result was a higher monthly payment, with a larger loan balance. Make it make sense.. Do not use!

Autopay was aware they will not approve the interest rate they offered on CreditKarma but insisted on pulling my credit that led to a refi offer of 8.08%. My credit score is above average, the only conclusion I can come to is for non-white applicants, they do not offer real solutions, they are practicing discriminatory lending.

Pushed me for the app although i said they had terrible reviews and so did the credit union. Said not to base on reviews they can get me the 4.99% interest rate on my refinance. Took the hard hit on my credit and then they said my excellent credit score I had was less when they ran it. Well no crap after a hard hit. Offered me an interest rate .25% lower than current one. Waste of time and took a hard hit on my excellent credit score. Full of crap really in my opinion. Said I’m good not going forward.

This seems like a scam, I found this company through the Experian app. I wanted to see if I could get better options for my existing car loan. I filled out all the info and never heard anything from anyone. On top of that as soon as I filled out the form my phone was blown up with scam calls. They hit my credit, sold my number, and never gave me any info. This is most likely a scam company and now my info has been sold. DO NOT USE THIS AUTOPAY.

Extremely unprofessional. They like to shot gun your information to several lenders at a time and have them separately pull credit . Ghetto Ghetto Ghetto
