Seamless, transparent and value for money
After going around to several lenders (banks and non-banks), we finally found Sucasa. We applied with them and got our pre-approval so quickly - the whole process didn’t even take 5 days! Makes you wonder why the bigger lenders make everything so complicated - Sucasa was simple, quick, transparent and everything we needed! Lauren from the applications support team was such a pleasure to speak with - she ran multiple numbers for us, helped us understand our financial position, answered all our questions with great patience - excellent service. Thanks Lauren :) Now we can go bid on the house we want - hopefully we’ll get it and can continue with Sucasa through the final transaction and settlement!
