Great product, great service for first home buyers
I’m very particular when it comes to reviews & feedback, and this one is totally worth making an effort for. Team Sucasa! You guys have been amazing in terms of flexibility with loan options, and the overall experience has been so smooth so far. As an ex-BCG consultant, I always have my due diligence hat on (you know, running everything through those analytical lenses), and Lauren has been an absolute gem with heaps of patience with that. She answered all my questions with patience and empathy—truly a star! Being my first home, I really appreciated how she handled my case with so much care, making sure I was informed every step of the way. Also, I haven’t forgotten my first chat with Mario, where he took the time to break down the whole process in a way that actually made sense to my very “if-else” logic-driven brain. Loved that! Just wanted to say a big thanks again for this and truly appreciate the work. 🙏
