What a great product !
The Sucasa team made purchasing my first property a reality, when other brokers told me I couldn't. For context I am in my 30's, single high income, no kids, no big debt, living in Perth and wanting to purchase in the inner-city suburbs. The time required to save the full deposit, would have kept me out of a home for a few years (whilst still having to pay 950/week rent). PRO: The costs are clear and upfront (you know how much you need to have and when). Interest rates are comparable to the big banks. The process is straight forward, and the team are always available to walk you through it. The option to refinance at any time is also great. CON: The portal used had some minor glitches. I wasn't always notified of additional request for information. If you have the income capacity and just don't have the full 20% deposit. This is such a great option. I can't recommend Sucasa enough!
