Perfect switch over from previous provider, couldn't have asked for more.
Engineer was excellent he explained everything and also explained about how to connect Internet box when it came. Internet box came early the next day and with what Engineer went through with me I had it up and running within 15mins.
Great product, great service, prompt & friendly engineers, cheaper & faster than my old provider.
Not happy, we were told we would get 900 Mbps, plugged in after a fix to get it working properly were getting 25 Mbps. At the time of writing this. I tried the live chat again I was told I was 0 in the que waiting 10 mins and no one answered so gave up, I've tried calling them twice now and no one is answering the phone! So far really not impressed, left talk talk as they where bad. I'm wondering if I've jumped out of the frying pan in to the fire! I read the bad reviews and the responses seem to be a lot of denial, I won't tolerate this, I am a blogger for all companies I visit and use. I may edit this once my issues are resolved.
After being permanently dumped offline without notice by TalkTalk who then claimed it would take weeks to restart service I turned to Squirrel for help - what a difference. Phone number clearly displayed on the website, straight through to a human (in UK), quick to arrange service take over and regular updates. Slight delay in getting back online but not their fault. Customer service & understanding of the situation and what can be done all first-class. That's the benefit of being a smaller set up I suppose but surprised that I'm getting 900mb service cheaper than talktalks 500mb. Keep it up.
Very pleased with the service from sales through to install. The Internet connection is fast and stable, and the WiFi coverage is excellent. I couldn't recommend Squirel enough.

If you want fast Internet, you are limited on options. Until companies like FibreHeros and partnered providers like Squirrel invested and disrupted the space. To keep this brief; I'm used to having no choice but deal with providers who have a monopoly - being purposely vague and muddying the water so they can shift blame, prolonging resolution. I was stuck with a 70/20 from Plusnet - Customer Service was decent but I wanted more bandwidth, my only option was Virgin Media (I wasn’t happy about it either) I ordered a Virgin Media circuit - but they couldn’t work out their own provisioning process, so this was delayed over months. In this time FibreHeros network became available - I placed an order with Squirrel as well. Within a few weeks someone was at my property and despite it being a 'nonstandard installation' the engineer was willing to work with me. Pre-provisioning was already done and since using my own router I was able to use the service immediately. So, not only did Squirrel beat Virgin Media on Price - but also installation time. Plusnet paying £35 a month for 70/20 Potential Virgin Media paying circa £50 a month for 1000/100 Squirrel paying £28 a month for 900/900 - that’s a win. I've been with Squirrel for around 6months now. In this time - I’ve raised 1 fault. A blip where I lost Internet for 10minutes at 1am. • I got a first response (which contained extra troubleshooting steps) within 10minutes - within this time connectivity was back. • I followed up with some further information and again (despite the circuit being back) response within 5minutes which was very transparent and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands if the issue occurred again. I'm seriously impressed with not only the speed of response (especially considering the time the issue was raised) but the transparency and how direct to the point comms were. In anything - problems will always occur, it’s how you deal with it that matters. Harrison Pugh from Squirrel dealt with this in a professional, efficient manner and really gave me confidence in Squirrel as a provider as well as the technical staff and support team.
The engineer who installed the broadband signal router got the screws in half and just attacked them to the wall which fell off straight after he went so I had to get somebody else to come and drill the holes properly and put the screws in
Daniel from squirrel was amazing helped me recontract and even got me a lower deal on price. Company as a whole is amazing super speed and no problems highly recommend
