Early days but really great
After being permanently dumped offline without notice by TalkTalk who then claimed it would take weeks to restart service I turned to Squirrel for help - what a difference. Phone number clearly displayed on the website, straight through to a human (in UK), quick to arrange service take over and regular updates. Slight delay in getting back online but not their fault. Customer service & understanding of the situation and what can be done all first-class. That's the benefit of being a smaller set up I suppose but surprised that I'm getting 900mb service cheaper than talktalks 500mb. Keep it up.
