Most horrible airline I ever been flying with. Arrogant people hosting us and no language skills even if English is your way of communicating. Would recommend any other airline.

Unsere Flüge nach Brisbane wurden im August 2020 abgesagt. Bis heute noch keine Information über die Erstattung von Singapore Airlines erhalten. Es gibt auch nirgendswo eine Kontaktnummer, an die man sich wenden kann. Das sieht bei anderen Gesellschaften wie Lufthansa oder Austrian Airlines ganz anders aus. Wenn es wieder zum regulären Flugbetrieb kommt, dann NIE WIEDER diese Fluggesellschaft. In der Krise zeigt sich wer Kunden in Zukunft braucht oder wer nicht!
Sinapore airlies promised to refund our cancelled flight back from New Zealand, they have repeatedly assured us that they will refund us for the flights since last year and now January 2021 and still nothing. Shocking behaviour- they claim to be the best airline in the world- not by my experience- false promises and shocking customer service.
Our flight was cancelled due to covid and we were promised a full refund. We paid in full in November 2019 to travel september 2020. They keep giving us a date for our refund to happen but it never does. We will not be booking with them again. They owe us £3000.
Update: ich möchte meine Bewertung aktualisieren. Singapure Airlines hat mir heute 4.1.21 mitgeteilt, dass alles erstattet wird, wow. Klasse. Somit gibt es jetzt von mir fünf Sterne im Nachhinein statt einen Stern. Ich hatte am 17.07.2020 einen Flug von Frankfurt nach Auckland via Singapur gebucht. Die Einreise nach Singapur (und Neuseeland) ist weiterhin auf unabsehbare Zeit nicht möglich. Ich habe deshalb am 31.12.2020 den Flug storniert. Von Seiten der Airline wird ein Gutschein angeboten, der bis zum 31.12.2021 eingelöst werden muß. Wie soll man denn das planen? Niemand weiß, wann die Einreise wieder möglich ist. Die befristete Gutscheinlösung ist ein Trauerspiel.
Still waiting on a full refund. It's been 6 months. Keep getting the run around from their call centre in India. I spent over six thousand dollars on flights and requested a refund in July 2020. Their COVID terms and conditions at the time allowed for a full refund. The first excuse is that paypal refunds can take up to 16 weeks. It's been 22 weeks and still more excuses. My staff and family have travelled constantly with Singapore Airlines in the past (spending around $25k quarterly) and never had a problem until now. I am so disappointed in the business practices of this airline. It is stealing and disgusting. My other colleagues have received their refunds, yet I have not received mine.
Don't imagine that flying with a highly-rated airline will result in fair treatment. Singapore Air assured me, up until a few days before my flight back to UK from Australia at the end of March, 2020, that my booking was safe and therefore there was no need to bring my flight forward. This was not the case. At the last moment they withdrew the flight and made no attempt to help me get home. I was simply dumped. They eventually paid me some compensation for their withdrawn flight, but not the due proportion of it, and not any part of my real costs of getting home. I remain over £700 out of pocket. British Airways and Qantas performed much more honourably. As SingAir is largely owned by the Singapore Government, they had every opportunity not only to make sure I got back to UK, but to compensate me properly for my costs, but they provided neither. Don't use Sing Air believing that you will be fairly treated.
Good service from staff. All Covid precautions were taken during our flight.
Jeg skriver på vegne af min kones tur fra Philippinerne til DK. Alt fungerede fint, god service, gode fly. Og på egne vegne kan jeg kun være tilfreds, for da vi besluttede at droppe returbilletten til Philippinerne, blev vi adviceret at det kunne tage 4-6 uger, men jeg havde pengene tilbage efter nogle få dage.
I am very disappointed with Singapore Airlines (SQ) which claims to be the World’s Best Airline. Paid the high price and full fare for the First-Class ticket and was refunded only 29% of the full fare without giving the passenger a chance to confirm/consent to the refund amount. Very poor customer service and communication. If a First-Class passenger is treated this way, I wonder how the business class and economy passengers are treated. Summary 1) March 23, 2020: SQ emailed me that my flight was cancelled due to Covid-19 situation. 2) April 5: I wrote back "I would like to get a refund for my ticket. Pls revert." My intention was to ask what was the refund amount and was expecting them to revert. 3) April 7: NO response from SQ so my secretary wrote asking a few questions about the refund process. 4) April 14: SQ unilaterally refunded the ticket without confirming the amount. As a First-Class passenger and there are only 4 first class seats in the flight to LAX, SQ could, in the very least, confirm with me the refund amount and obtain my consent before refund. And after I disputed the refund amount as being unreasonably low (not enough for me to buy another one-way first-class ticket back), they should have the courtesy to handle the communication with the customer better and in a more timely manner.
Nadat onze vlucht (via een reisbureau geboekt) niet doorging heeft Singapore Airlines op eigen initiatief het geld teruggestort voor de stoelreservering die we extra hadden geboekt.
Never book via a agent, go online and become a member of the Airline and then book, the service is one of the best you can get anywhere from a Airline, and very efficient and consumer focused
Bei mir wurden die beiden Flüge über Singapur ca. 2,5 Wochen vor dem Abflug storniert (ich nehme an: Covid-19; ich habe leider keine genauen Informationen diesbezüglich ...). Die "Geldrückforderung" bezüglich der beiden Flüge gestaltete sich relativ einfach und ich habe auch mein Geld ca. eineinhalb Wochen später gut geschrieben bekommen. Da die Abwicklung sehr "ok" war, werde ich wieder Singapore-Airlines buchen, sobald die "Covid-19-Krise" vorbei ist !
Super Support in den schwierigen Zeiten. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Unternehmen, kommuniziert Singapore Airline klar und offen. Die Erstattung habe ich auch relativ schnell bekommen und ich würde immer auf dem laufenden gehalten. Vielen Dank! Ich drücke die Daumen, dass die besseren Zeiten schnell wieder kommen :)
Singapore to Bangkok via Singapore Airlines. The crew were very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and well presented. Cannot fault the airline. Singapore Airlines is one of the best I have travelled on in a long time
Ich warte schon seit Februar auf mein Geld. Damals ein Flug gebucht der von China aus über Singapur gehen sollte und genau an dem Tag durfte ich dann nicht ins Flugzeug, da sie niemand mehr aus China reinließen. Seitdem habe ich mein Geld nicht bekommen von diesen Betrügern obwohl ich direkt am Flughafen anrief und mir gesagt wurde dass ich es wieder bekomme und später ebenfalls. Bucht niemals ein Flug bei dieser Firma. Bei Lufthansa bekam ich mein Geld zurück bei einem anderen Flug.

Canceled my flight out of Indonesia at the start of the pandemic 28 march, left me stranded, while they resold tickets at a higher! price very very sneaky... AVOID!.. when there a real emergency they won't be there for you at all... British Airlines got me out to uk for £400 bargin👍
