Still waiting on a full refund
Still waiting on a full refund. It's been 6 months. Keep getting the run around from their call centre in India. I spent over six thousand dollars on flights and requested a refund in July 2020. Their COVID terms and conditions at the time allowed for a full refund. The first excuse is that paypal refunds can take up to 16 weeks. It's been 22 weeks and still more excuses. My staff and family have travelled constantly with Singapore Airlines in the past (spending around $25k quarterly) and never had a problem until now. I am so disappointed in the business practices of this airline. It is stealing and disgusting. My other colleagues have received their refunds, yet I have not received mine.
