A quoi bon payer un réfrigérateur 3 fois plus cher qu'un produit 1er prix, pour avoir un produit qualitatif, si ce n'est pas le cas ? Aussi, non seulement je ne recommande pas d'acheter un réfrigérateur SAMSUNG mais je conseille même de fuir ce fabricant. Je vous conseille de vous orienter sur des fabricants plus sérieux et pourquoi pas ceux proposant du premier prix avec garantie équivalente...Mais choisir Samsung c'est à vos risques et périls.

SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS FRANCE n'a pas accepté la médiation n°09231 pour les motifs suivants : Notre client nous contacte au sujet du dysfonctionnement de son lave-linge Samsung WF1124XAC/XEF. D’après les informations communiquées par notre client, ce produit a été acheté le 16/08/2013 et la garantie de 24 mois est donc désormais échue. Au vu de ces éléments, nous ne serons pas en mesure de prendre en charge une éventuelle réparation de cet appareil. Notre client peut, s’il le souhaite, contacter l’une de nos agences agréées (liste disponible sur notre site) pour une réparation à ses frais. À titre commercial, nous avons d’ores-et-déjà envoyé à notre client un code de réduction de 10% valable sur notre site Samsung Shop. ET DONC J'AI REPONDU à Samsung Electronics : Bonjour Messieurs, Je trouve votre démarche un peu légère ! Si vous me lisez bien, je ne demande pas l'aumône, je suis en train de dénoncer un cas flagrant d'obsolescence programmée dans la mesure où depuis 13 ans le SAV revend TOUJOURS la même pièce électronique DC92-00969A (le cerveau du lave linge) sans aucune modification, ni amélioration type version 2.0 et ce faisant j'en suis au TROISIEME remplacement de celle-ci (SOIT 230% DU PRIX DU LAVE LINGE) et l'avenir proche risque de me donner une nouvelle fois raison, puisque rien ne change ni dans la compréhension du problème, ni dans la volonté de le résoudre ! Ceci s'applique aussi à votre manière de répondre à côté de la question et de s'en contenter, on pourrait vous assimiler à des robots ! Pour mon compte, j'en suis persuadé... et pour les 10% vous pouvez vous les garder ! Je n'en ferais pas usage. Adieu...

Zeer slecht en klantenservice dramatisch

Telefoon, die volgens de website op voorraad was, bij Samsung besteld. Ontving een dag later bericht dat de telefoon toch niet op voorraad was zonder informatie over levertijd. Contact met klantenservice blijkt een drama te zijn. Geen antwoord op vragen, standaard script antwoorden en antwoorden die met een vertaaltool opgesteld zijn en daardoor onbegrijpelijk zijn. De order annuleren was ook niet mogelijk want zat al in het proces... Stap weer over op IPhone.

Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had – Samsung, I Expected Better

This is, without a doubt, the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had — and it’s from Samsung, which makes it even more disappointing. I bought my phone directly from Samsung on March 4th, 2025. After just a few months, the main camera developed a hardware defect — the lens constantly shakes, making photos and videos unusable. I contacted Samsung support while still under warranty and followed every single step they gave me. They sent me to a UBreakiFix service center — I drove over an hour, spent gas and time, and was told they didn’t have the part. The technician confirmed it was not drop damage, not water damage, just a clear manufacturer defect in the camera stabilizer that needed replacement. I called another center and same thing — no parts, long wait. I explained over and over that I use this phone for work daily — I need it functioning. But even after two days, hours on the phone, speaking to supervisors, and even asking for a manager, Samsung told me my only option is to mail the phone and wait 2–3 weeks for repair — leaving me without a phone during that time. To make things worse: ➡️ They gave me a wrong number for support ➡️ I nearly got scammed — the person asked for my bank account info to verify identity ➡️ Even after explaining everything, they insisted there’s nothing they can do I’m now left with a defective phone, unable to use the camera or record videos — and no acceptable solution from Samsung. This is not just a frustrating experience — it’s a complete failure of customer service, from beginning to end. Samsung has shown zero accountability, no flexibility, and no respect for customer time or loyalty. If you’re a professional and rely on your phone, do yourself a favor and think twice before buying from Samsung. They sell the product — then disappear when you need support.

Damaged TV During Installation by Samsung Technicians

I am reaching out to you regarding a highly disappointing and unresolved issue I have experienced with Samsung Turkey. I purchased a television from Samsung Turkey and subsequently contacted Samsung Turkey’s customer service to arrange the installation. Two technicians were dispatched to my home. Unfortunately, one of the technicians attempted to lift the television on his own despite our warning not to do so. As a result, the technician dropped the television from approximately one meter high. I immediately requested to return the damaged television and filed a complaint through the proper channels. However, despite my efforts, I have not received any response or resolution regarding my return request. I am extremely disappointed and saddened to find myself in this situation, especially considering my trust in the Samsung brand. I kindly ask for your urgent assistance in this matter and request that my return request be processed without further delay. It started with loan company and they wanted to give me a mobile with a price ofcourse and it was a Samsung S23, i must say greater mobile have i not owned for years, since i downloaded One IU 7 it became even better, not mention the speaker wich sounds like a surround system sometimes, it is on heck of a super mobile, i love it even if i am 64 years old, my best regard Lars-Anders Malmberg

Horrible experience with a brand new…

Horrible experience with a brand new tv. Lies about repairs, lies about call backs. They close off the service tickets every time they attend to an issue even if the issue isn’t fixed so they can hit their quota of repairs. Shocking service I’m so disappointed

Benify-korting op Samsung 85" Neo QLED 8K QN990F verdwijnt zonder reden – geen oplossing Sinds 22 juni 2025 probeer ik via de officiële Samsung webshop de Samsung 85" Neo QLED 8K Vision AI Smart QN990F te bestellen met de Benify-werknemerskorting. Deze korting werd correct weergegeven in mijn winkelwagen (bewijs via screenshot), maar was de volgende ochtend (23 juni) plotseling verdwenen zonder enige aankondiging of verklaring. Ik ben sindsdien meerdere keren in contact geweest via telefoon, WhatsApp, Facebook en chat — telkens zonder oplossing of duidelijkheid. Ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en moet telkens wachten zonder enige reactie of toezegging. Dit is teleurstellend voor zo’n groot merk als Samsung. Ik verwacht dat de beloofde Benify-korting alsnog wordt gehonoreerd zodat ik de bestelling kan afronden. Bij uitblijven van een oplossing meld ik dit bij Consumentenbond, ACM en eventueel de Geschillencommissie.

Extrem enttäuschend – keine Lieferung, kein Kundenservice, keine Rückerstattung

Ich habe vor über 22 Tagen ein Ceranfeld direkt im Samsung Online Shop bestellt – bis heute keine Lieferung. Der Samsung-Kundenservice ist völlig hilflos: Ich werde nur immer wieder an den Lieferdienst verwiesen. Dieser teilt jedoch mit, dass Samsung das Gerät nie an ihn übergeben hat. Das heißt: Die Ware wurde nicht verschickt – und trotzdem rührt sich Samsung nicht. Ich habe mehrfach um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Samsung sagt zwar, man wolle eine Rückzahlung „veranlassen“, weigert sich aber, mir das schriftlich zu bestätigen. Einen verbindlichen Nachweis oder eine Frist bekomme ich nicht – ich soll mich einfach gedulden. So sieht kein seriöser Umgang mit Kunden aus. Fazit: • Keine Ware. • Keine Rückzahlung. • Keine klare Kommunikation. • Keine Verantwortung. Ich kann den Samsung Online Shop absolut nicht empfehlen – und werde dort sicher nie wieder bestellen. Wer auf sein Geld und zuverlässigen Service angewiesen ist, sollte hier besser nicht einkaufen.

Pessima esperienza con condizionatori Samsung Windfree

Ho acquistato diversi climatizzatori Samsung WindFree convinto di aver preso il miglior prodotto sul mercato per via delle tante funzioni promesse, dalla connettività alla tecnologia windfree. Dopo l'installazione ho scoperto mio malgrado che le alette non memorizzano la posizione impostata: ogni volta che si accende si riaprono nella posizione predefinita, ignorando quella lasciata in precedenza. Si tratta di un comportamento anomalo che incide sull’esperienza d’uso quotidiana e che non è indicato da nessuna parte: né nel manuale, né nelle specifiche, né segnalato prima dell'acquisto. Contattata l'assistenza, mi è stato detto che “il climatizzatore non è difettoso” e che “non si può scrivere ogni cosa che il prodotto non fa, altrimenti bisognerebbe scrivere anche non si accende da solo e che non prepara il caffè”. Risposta offensiva, fuori luogo e poco rispettosa nei confronti dell’intelligenza di un cliente insoddisfatto. Non ho chiesto funzioni fantasiose, ma semplicemente trasparenza su un comportamento anomalo per un prodotto di questa fascia e costo. Il prodotto funziona, ma non fa una cosa che ci si aspetta normalmente e non viene comunicato in alcun modo, configurando a mio avviso una grave omissione informativa. Ho dunque segnalato la questione anche alle autorità competenti. Non ricomprerei mai e poi mai un condizionatore Samsung dopo questa esperienza.
