Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had – Samsung, I Expected Better
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had — and it’s from Samsung, which makes it even more disappointing. I bought my phone directly from Samsung on March 4th, 2025. After just a few months, the main camera developed a hardware defect — the lens constantly shakes, making photos and videos unusable. I contacted Samsung support while still under warranty and followed every single step they gave me. They sent me to a UBreakiFix service center — I drove over an hour, spent gas and time, and was told they didn’t have the part. The technician confirmed it was not drop damage, not water damage, just a clear manufacturer defect in the camera stabilizer that needed replacement. I called another center and same thing — no parts, long wait. I explained over and over that I use this phone for work daily — I need it functioning. But even after two days, hours on the phone, speaking to supervisors, and even asking for a manager, Samsung told me my only option is to mail the phone and wait 2–3 weeks for repair — leaving me without a phone during that time. To make things worse: ➡️ They gave me a wrong number for support ➡️ I nearly got scammed — the person asked for my bank account info to verify identity ➡️ Even after explaining everything, they insisted there’s nothing they can do I’m now left with a defective phone, unable to use the camera or record videos — and no acceptable solution from Samsung. This is not just a frustrating experience — it’s a complete failure of customer service, from beginning to end. Samsung has shown zero accountability, no flexibility, and no respect for customer time or loyalty. If you’re a professional and rely on your phone, do yourself a favor and think twice before buying from Samsung. They sell the product — then disappear when you need support.
