This is a fake company operating from India.The same agent answers every call but uses different names.Their prices seem cheap, but double when it's time to pick up the car.The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional.

I am a 77 yr man traveling with a disabled wife. The agent at the Chicago airport bullied us and made fun of our age and belittled us because of our lack of Iphone dexterity and unfamiiarlty with cell phone use. Hi, I rented a car on July 26 and returned it on August 5 on time and they never returned the deposit I paid as security. I called them several times and they all had a different answer. I do not recommend them at all. Apart from that, the car you rent is not the one they give you and the one they gave me had a damaged headlight and was full of water. Really think before renting from these people.Everything happened in San Juan Puerto Rico Buenas pues yo rente un carro el 26 de julio y lo regrese el 5 de agosto puntual y nunca me devolvieron el desposito que pague como seguridad los llamaba varias veces y todos me tenian una respuesta distinta no los recomiendo para nada aparte de eso el carro que uno renta no es el que te entregan y el que me entregaron a mi tenia un foco dañado y lleno de agua de veras piensa antes de rentar con esta gente Todo paso en San Juan Puerto Rico

WORST CAR SERVICE i EVER SEEN WHEN WE REACH TO TAKE OUR CAR AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD US THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT 1500$ FOR SECURITY AND WE ARE HAPPY TO DO THAT BUT AT THAT TIME I DON'T HAVE MY CARD WHICH HAVE LIMIT SO WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEM WE HAVE MY BROTHER WITH ME AND HE CAN DO THAT AND THEY ARE NOT AGREE AND WHEN WE CALL THEM FOR CANCELLING THE BOOKING THEY TOLD US WE CAN NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WITHOUT TAKING ANY SERVICE FROM THEM THEY TOOK OUR 200$ AND NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF WE TOOK NOTHING FROM YOU WHY YOU NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY.
I had a wonderful experience with this car rental. Brandon at the Atlanta airport Routes was very attentive to what I needed and he got me the vehicle I was looking for. He was very helpful through out the whole process.
Booking was easy. Returning vehicle just required parking and grabbing a shuttle. Instructions are clear in booking
When I made the reservation the only option was to pay now. I read the cancellation policy and it begins by stating the details to change or modify your booking. Only at the very bottom it says pre paid can't be modified. But the only option they give when booking is to pre pay. I needed to just modify my booking only a couple days after making the reservation and 2 months in advance and I couldn't. This is a horrible policy. Things change, airlines cancel etc. How can they be so unflexible. Now they have my money and I can't do anything about it. Make sure to read all the way to the bottom of the long policy. They should put this important detail at the top and somewhere more obvious at time of booking. Seems sneaky to hide it at the bottoms. Update: They wrote a reply to contact them and when I did they responded with the exact same reply as previously. No assistance at all even for a small change. I hope the pick up goes better.
I was on the phone with the facility in Toronto at time of booking and immediately asked him to cancel. He stated they can cancel because i called so fast. I just needed to call the customer service and they will take care of it for me. I have tried several times to call and cannot get through and emailed twice and no response.
Cheyenne was wonderful. I’m definitely returning.
