Easy to book and great price
Everything was fine but the car did not have windshield washer fluid and we realized when we were already on the way, we dialed to report but they did not respond, so we bought it at the gas station.
I booked a rental car and upon arrival was told I cannot drive any routes cars because of my G2 drivers license status. One attendant said I could and one said I could not. We all had to refer to the terms and conditions but it was an extremely stressful process that didn't need to be. There needs to be a clear warning before booking that only G license is valid at routes because this is an airport rental company and customers are coming off of hours of travel. Also staff were not able to issue me a refund..
Straightforward and easy. Pick a car and pay for it. And your Done
The com. just started throwing out deposit 1st 500 for rental. 30 for extra driver. Insurance. taxes. Gave wrong car jeep for 7 people and luggage. Took back next day way charged more for what was promised. I would never recommend this company its a rip off.
Tried to cancel reservation. The links to cancel or modify do not work. We tried for two days and it didn't work. We called the phone numbers as well and no one would answer. Even went to the location of the rental and they told us they couldn't cancel the reservation that we had to do it online. The lady at the location was rude as well. We sent an email explaining but have not received any response. You couldn't get me to rent with routes again.
People at the counters are total liars, they will make you buy the expensive insurance even though your credit card and your own insurance covers the rental vehicle, they are 5 miles away from Orlando airport and you kind of stuck in there trap. They also lie about the freeway to sell 12.99 per day toll to scare people that by telling that the only way to go around Orlando is by toll or you have to take streets Such a liars
Easy to book and that it is 24 hour puck up
The price the convenience and the cleanliness of the cars in the past and the customer service
Very good Cars most of the time.. Affordable prices.. staffs are pretty good as well..Harpreet, Gurpreet, Aston etc were too good.
Was easy to make the reservation always good price great location to pick up and drop off. I rent there before and there is always great people there
It's the 3rd time I use Routes in the last 5 months. Every time has been nice and easy. Thanks to the staff at Routes Orlando Airport.
You hardly answer the phone and when you do, the outsourcing central doesn't help. The 4x4 low didn't work well.
Booked a car through Priceline for a trip to punta cana Dominican Republic. Unbeknownst to me I was actually renting a car through a company called Allied , which also unbeknownst to me, was actually Routes. First off I called the number given to me on my itinerary to get a shuttle from the airport to the rental facility. No one answered for almost an hour. When they did the woman said “look for a guy wearing an orange vest”. Needless to say there was not a guy to shuttle me. That was lie number 1 I arrive at allied/routes rental store and the gentleman helping was very nice. However the car I was given was a complete piece of junk, was filthy, had less than 1/4 tank of gas in it. I drive it to my hotel. The next morning (Jan 2) I go to use it and the battery is dead. I paid for the roadside assistance however that turned into a nightmare. I spent 6 HOURS calling all sorts of different numbers, was constantly hung up on, was disconnected and basically got the total run around. Finally almost 7 hours after calling a guy shows up and jump starts the car. Next day Jan 3. Wake up and want to take a drive. I open the door and the alarm starts blaring. Can’t turn it off bc the key fob isn’t working. Go to start the car , again battery dead. Another series of phone calls and the guy comes again and jump starts the car. I try and explain to him that I do not want the car any longer and he just smiles and leaves. I call allied to tell them I do not want the car any longer. No one answers the phone. I then send allied/routes a WhatsApp msg telling them I do not want the car and to come get it. That was 6 hours ago as of me writing this and no one has responded. Bottom line I rented a car for almost $500 for 5 days and cannot use it. DO NOT RENT FROM ALLIED/ROUTES and before you rent from Priceline be sure to find out who you are actually renting from! I have already put a block on all my cards so they cannot charge me more and will be going after Priceline for a refund.
I have rented a few times now. The service desk team is good. Sid assisted me and was quick and helpful. Overall, a good experience so far.
Sid was cool and efficient, quick at getting me a nice car. Car’s good. Good price
Had a great experience renting here. Sid helped with with check in and helped with the car as I was with an infant.
It’s always a great experience with the routes. Nice and cooperative staff. Thanks Sid for helping.
Good experience. Sid is a god friend.
