I could not rent my vehicle and the people at the counter were unable to process a refund. That makes absolutely no sense and it's just a way for you to be awful. I tried to cancel online but my reservation number doesn't even come up. I am requesting a charger back through my back and will be leaving a bad review on Google as well. Nobody should have to go through this much trouble to rent a vehicle and then get denied.
⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️ Waited on hold for 30 minutes to get airport shuttle in Orlando. Finally get to facility- forced to pay extra insurance and tolls at check in- Would not recognize my home insurance. So had to pay extra- Shifty operation with deceptive practices. Explains the 30% approval rating on Facebook. Should have checked more closely before booking- but they had me over a barrel late at night. Would never use again!

Bait and switch. You pay for a car and it isn't available on arrival. They offer a cheaper car and lie to you about how it costs more than the car you have booked and paid for. Stay away.

Low price and easy to hire.
Easy to book and great price!
They do not show any insurance when purchasing online. They just offer a windshield coverage but once you go in person, they have vehicle damage insurance. They do not refund you the windshield coverage once you are in person so you end up paying for 2 coverages.
You are a scammer company You took my money with out any service That was illegal I already sent that You already told me there is no cancellations or changes or refunds I was in side Ottawa location The customer service told me to book online I booked and choose Ottawa When I got confirmation It’s was a city in USA And your customer service call center Told me No change no refund no cancellation That is the reality of your company Do you think you can be rich by taking my money I don’t think so That is big mistake in business
Different than in the past….Proof of Insurance required…still great value for service.
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Refused to rent me the car because I couldn’t produce insurance documents that were acceptable to them, same document then accepted Budget later that day. Then refuse to refund my money on the prepaid rental, needed to dispute the charge with Mastercard. Avoid at all costs.
Great customer service from all the staff members and especially Sid. He actually goes the extra mile to help customers. I’d definitely recommend this place. Thanks for all the help!

Usually I rent an airport car rental without flight booking number however when I come to the rental agent and he told me call the number to get money back w/o cancelling my reservation. I called more than 4 times and waited onhold for next customer support available such a wasted time. 30 minutes at least but no one answered and I hung up. Now I am going to email to them to cancel my rental car. bad ever.

I have an inaccurate charge for being out of state that the GPS claims I was which is 100% inaccurate. If your company would take the time to actually pull the GPS before and after the time they claim I was out of state it would clearly show i was in Downtown Chicago, IL Your company is trying to submit a fraudulent credit card charge. I have supporting documents to prove location. I've emailed your company numerous times and instead of your company doing the research they keep sending me the one GPS location at 8am. If they took the time and pulled the GPS location immediately before and after 8am they can see and verify that the GPS location made a mistake and the rental car was in a enclosed self parking garage in downtown Chicago IL.
