Very professional, clean and responsible staff. Very surprised, as it is my first time here.

I booked the special and was not disappointed with the chosen vehicle. Although the company is offsite shuttles are available and timely. One drawback, I completed check-in information online for a rapid pick-up, but had to complete the process again upon arrival.

Absolutely Horrific! Do not rent with them. Worst customer support. If you're 2h late, your car is gone and so is your money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. EDIT (After reply): This is a prime example of courtesy, or better: the lack thereof. If you're late and trying to catch planes at airports, the last thing you're going to do is stop running and calling your rental car service. Your answer here just shows your complete lack of care for customer satisfaction and all you care about is getting your money. You hope my experience with you in the future will be better? There won't be a future experience, do you really expect me to EVER rent a car from you ever again?

I sent email immediately after confirming reservation to verify my rental for Durango and cancel policy which was not accurately reflected on site and have yet to hear back

Easy to do and complete

i would say "buyer beware" before you go with Routes rental. My experience was at the San Juan airport rental facility. i booked through Priceline, but they threw additional costs and claimed it was part of agreement. It was too late in night for me to read through and challenge these charges. overall, they tacked a lot of extra costs... and were not pleasant AT ALL to deal with. I would not recommend them. Rather pay more with clear knowledge of charges than this experience.

Dishonest behavior and unsafe car After booking the car, when it was time to take possession of it and finalize all the documents and payments, the employee tried in every way to make me purchase an optional insurance policy, insisting that it was mandatory. For at least 20 minutes, she argued that I was required to buy the additional insurance, even though this was not true. I asked her to read the terms and conditions of the contract. At that point, she backtracked and claimed that she never said the insurance was mandatory and that she wasn’t offering it as an option. However, she still made me sign a statement where I had to waive the insurance, even though I hadn’t purchased anything. When we reached the car inspection, the front fender was detached from the vehicle. She assured me it wasn’t an issue and that the car was safe. Trusting her judgment, I took the car and drove away. However, a few days later, while on the highway, the front fender came loose and began scraping against the asphalt. I had to secure the fender to the car using a cable. This negligence on the employee's part seriously endangered my safety and that of my family. I reserve the right to take legal action against the agency for renting me a potentially dangerous and non-compliant vehicle. Additionally, I’d like to point out that the windshield washer fluid tank was empty when I picked up the car. By chance, I needed it during my trip to clean the windshield after a bug had left it smeared. I was forced to stop dangerously on the side of the road to clean it manually. When I returned the car at the end of the rental, another employee assured me that I would be refunded shortly. However, $124 is still being withheld, and I have not received my refund yet. In summary, my experience included: - Dishonest behavior at the rental desk, reminiscent of scammers trying to deceive customers. - A car that was unsafe, improperly maintained, and unsuitable for driving. - Unjustified withholding of money that doesn’t belong to them. After this experience, I will ensure I never use this company’s services again. Very important: not is possible to join the customer assistance with the email to send them photo or document.... There is absolutely fraud location. Two weeks ago they tried to sell me liability for $52 per day. Only when I call to Customer Service they sell me it for $22 per day.. a few days ago I have made a reservation on Their website and paid $42 for two days liability. they have taken for liability one more time in the office. And now already 10 days They refuse to return the money. it’s really fraud company.
