Restaurantstock Reviews

I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.

Price was excellent and commercial refrigerator was delivered faster than expected. Great first experience!!!

Abe is working extra hard to get products for customers. Highly recommend!

Great fast service and attention to detail. Best prices. Thanks, Jim

Called about a product and was told of a cheaper, better version and have been very happy with it! It’s working great. Came on time/early and will definitely order from here in the future.

Abe is great, he sells great products at very reasonable prices, and best of all understands and goes out of his way to build relationships that will last much past the sales cycle. He has chosen great vendors that share his enthusiasm and willingness to provide stellar customer service. You will be satisfied with any product you purchase!

Didn’t know when it was shipped. Couldn’t get an answer on that. Then received an email to say it was going to be delivered in three days but it was delivered same day as the email.

Great service !! Abe was the best..

Best customer services

This company is all about "free shipping", but they will charge you anyway. We live in a large suburban area in Montana, and have recently moved here, resulting in lots of large and heavy items being shipped here. Furniture, gym equipment, heavy treadmills and the like, all without issue. After choosing restaurantstock.com to order a commercial freezer, saving maybe $200 over other big box stores, Abe from RestaurantStock.com rings my wife demanding another $125 because it's their "right" to charge customers for shipping, (remember that bit about "free shipping"?). I asked for the invoice, replied with questions justifying the charge, and within 40 minutes instead of getting answers, Abe cancelled our order. The whole experience felt like a scam.

Bought this slushee machine for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it so far so good nice size machine for personal use

Excellent service! Cooler arrived on time and in perfect condition. Abe was amazing to deal with, A++ service. The cooler arrived on time, Additionally is was fast tracked which was great! Highly recommend this company and I’m sure I will order from them again.

Ordered it and received it within three days. Such great service. The delivery person was fantastic. Love the freezer, spacious and it has a light.

We received the 2 door freezer fast and without any problem. Highly recommended. I would buy from them again in the future!

I had difficulty finding this freezer and tried this site on a whim. I placed an order in the evening and followed up in the morning. Abe was able to process my order and ship the freezer same day. However, I did not receive an original tracking number until the freezer was already delivered. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I placed an order on this web site. I called with a question about an out of stock item and was transfered to a gentleman named Abe. Abe is a nice, friendly, patient and helpful representative. Abe tried several avenues to find this item. Meanwhile, Abe kepted me informed with daily emails (some times with more than 1 email a day. When he finally found the item he tracked it until it was out of his control. This is above and beyond great customer service. As far as a rating goes (0-5, 5 being best) Abe deserves a 20,and also the recognition as "employee of the month" !!! Thanks Abe. A job well done.

Excellent transaction

Did no get my item....supposely was priced wrong....

Abe was a great help to me. He followed up with me, checked stocks, and help me with a wonderful purchase. An absolute pleasure to work with and I will recommend them in the future.

Needed a new deli case.. website says 1-2 days shipping, placed order, received confirmation 1-2 days shipping.. this was back on 5.17.20 - it is now 6.19.20 and no product - saying over and over it is back ordered until July - If I had a case that was completely out of order this would have been disastrous for my business. shouldn't commit to shipping in a certain time unless you can do it and communicate right away if there is an issue.. i had to continually reach out to them to get updates..
