Arrived in good condition and is working perfectly
We were searching high and low for a freezer and when we came upon this website we thought it was too good to be true. But, we made the order and received our freezer within the time we were told it would be delivered. Very happy with our purchase.

Despite the shutdown, Abe replied to emails very promptly, and even worked on the weekend to get my freezer. Abe found a chest freezer when all other vendors failed! Excellent, excellent communications and follow-up. Super job...THANK YOU ABE for working so hard for your customers!
I was very pleasantly surprised that Restaurantstock was able to process and deliver my order for my freezer given that they are essentially at the epicenter of an outbreak. I received my freezer as promised and the staff worked with me to figure out the best way to secure a freezer and have it delivered expeditiously given that the inventory was not out of their facility. I was very pleased with the customer support as they gave me updates on a frequent basis given the shortage nationwide for freezers.
This company actually kept track of their products and had what they advertised. It was a nice business transaction with a follow up call to let me know the item was truly in stock and when it would be shipped. It was a breath of fresh air in the online purchase world. Abe was able to get back with me quickly on the status of my order. Fast shipping. He was able to track down the location of my freezer, provide the number of the local shipping facility and ultimately have the freezer delivered. The Atosa 907 is great, very fortunate to find a freezer during Covid-19 as all local stores were either out or didn't have what I was looking for. Happened to stumble on this site, glad I did. Abe is the best and I highly recommend restaurantstock.

Great selection and reasonably priced, but the one I wanted was sold out with no availability for at least 30 days due to the COVID 19 panic. No worries though, Abe looked around for an alternate for me and refunded my payment with no hassles or delay when he couldn't find a similar item.
