I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.
