Free shipping, isn't.
This company is all about "free shipping", but they will charge you anyway. We live in a large suburban area in Montana, and have recently moved here, resulting in lots of large and heavy items being shipped here. Furniture, gym equipment, heavy treadmills and the like, all without issue. After choosing restaurantstock.com to order a commercial freezer, saving maybe $200 over other big box stores, Abe from RestaurantStock.com rings my wife demanding another $125 because it's their "right" to charge customers for shipping, (remember that bit about "free shipping"?). I asked for the invoice, replied with questions justifying the charge, and within 40 minutes instead of getting answers, Abe cancelled our order. The whole experience felt like a scam.
