Hello? Anyone Home??
Despite many attempts to reach out to this company to get a missing part that we've been missing for OVER A YEAR NOW, after we paid IN FULL, we still don't have the part. The original machine was order back in February of 2022, it is now April of 2023. Thankfully, my company has the machine we ordered, but this past year has been nothing but a headache inducing back and forth trying to deal with the communication of this company. Even the BBB couldn't get in contact with this company... You can only be promised that they're "following up" or "checking with the office" about your order so many times before it starts feeling like a scam. That's even if you get to talk to someone. More often than not, your email will either be ignored, or the phone will ring and ring and ring instead of being able to leave a message. I just want my part that was ordered a year ago. And no matter what I do, I can't get through to this company.
