Needed a new deli case.
Needed a new deli case.. website says 1-2 days shipping, placed order, received confirmation 1-2 days shipping.. this was back on 5.17.20 - it is now 6.19.20 and no product - saying over and over it is back ordered until July - If I had a case that was completely out of order this would have been disastrous for my business. shouldn't commit to shipping in a certain time unless you can do it and communicate right away if there is an issue.. i had to continually reach out to them to get updates..
