Pure Utilities Reviews

I spoke to Debbie Clarkson at Customer Services and another person in Sales: both explained why I had suddenly incurred charges that I had not been told about by my landlord, and which I had not hitherto had to pay in the years I had owned our holiday hut before July 2023. They were exceptionally clear, patient and courteous in all their answers. I had thought the requests for money were part of an elaborate scam, so I was reassured by their explanations and decided to pay my outstanding bill as a consequence.

Very swift, very helpful, understands the matters to hand.

Pleasant and friendly communication with Debbie Clarkson. Quick and efficient. Thank you Debbie!

Paul Smith accounts assistant was really very helpfull and resolved my problem.Would highly recommend him.

Debbie from Pure Utilities emailed me with a reminder, as agreed, which I'd completely forgotten about. She was polite, informative and offered fantastic customer service.

Debbie took time to go over what I was asking and helped organise D/D also for a new property I own. Very pleased as this was not a problem at all to Debbie 5*

Due to my age I had reservations about this company but after speaking with other customers locally I decided to move forward to a contract with them They have always been courteous and Debbie harrop in particular has been most helpful at explaining everything and made me feel reassured. I would go with this provider over others

Aleayah Switzer sorted our issues in a diligent manner. Would recommend.

Very responsive, professional and great customer service. We receive prompt replies to our queries from our designated relationship manager who couldn't be more helpful.

I was calling on behalf of someone else. Having explained what I was calling I found Samantha very understanding, helpful & professional.

Big thanks to George who has massively helped with integrating our whole portfolio. He has explained everything clearly and constructively - not to mention helping with dealing with our previous supplier who were quite unhelpful throughout. George has managed to overhaul our costs and is very approachable with any queries. Thanks so much for making this an easy transfer!

Dealt with a very helpful member of staff (Jenny C) via email. She responded to my email very promptly and advised me on the email I had received from pure and explained what I was to do and what would happen next and the new charges very clearly. Happy customer. Thank you for your help.

Entirely satisfactory - pleasant advisor.

My customer advisor name was Paul Smith who went over and beyond to help me with my questions and queries Very helpful customer advisor

Excellent customer service from Callum McCarthy. 5 stars all round

I was dealing with several enquiries about my account and Paul took me through them one by one, listening to the issues with patience and understanding despite me being at the other end of the spectrum regarding phone communication capabilities (marks out of 10: Paul = 10; myself =1). Within 5 minutes he provided solutions to all my problems and kindly waivered the debt collection charges incurred due to the postal letters going astray (now solved with email billing). Thank you, thank you Paul, you made everything so much easier to deal with!
