This review is about the pure gen 3 Pro I bought the scooter when it first came out I rode it it was an amazing scooter did 600 miles before it gave issues that everyone else are getting. I then emailed the company and they came back in 3 days asking what's wrong and how to send it back to see what's wrong. They did this within 4 days after it went in the van and said it was an issue and sent me a new one after telling me which arrived it 16 hours. With the new pure air 3 Pro I can tell there are some differences with the scooter which I'm assuming they've fixed a lot of the issues everyone have been having. Great company would recommend

Purchased the Air 3 Pro for my son and shortly after use had an error message and eventually the scooter wouldn’t switch on at all. I have to say the customer service received from Pure was outstanding from an advisor called Teresa. They responded quickly, offered to send a box to send back the faulty scooter, arranged the return and sent a new one out straight away. My son loves this scooter as it’s a quality bit of kit, he was really upset when there were issues. Fingers crossed we don’t have any future issues Would 100% recommend this company

Top top top marks for the service I received from Edward Morrell, Thank you so much. It did take a little while for Pure to reply which is understanding as I reported my scooter issue on the 24/12/2023, so I will not hold that against them. But once I did get responsed to from Eward on the 4/01/2024 it was a breath of fresh air. Edward had a box delivered to me to pack my scooter in on the 8/01/24 and he had it picked up on the 9/01/24, by the 12/01/24 work was done and got a email back saying it be with me by the 15/01/24 which it was. The repair on the scooter was covered by the warranty which was great. Issue with scooter: Battery needed replacing. Brought the scooter in May 2023 so only so had it for almost 8 months and it has been amazing untill it stop charging. Wasn't told why the battery stop charging but don't really care as it was replace for free, plus it wasn't directly repaired by Pure themselves which isn't a issue with me. I would fully recommend Pure electric scooter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a previous generation pure air which was lacking in life due to doing over 2000 MILES on it so I Bought a brand new pure air 3 pro due to it been £100 off the original price for £449.00 november 17th 2023, late December I was sent and email saying a button sticker pack was sent out and to follow instructions to help with waterproofing which I never asked for was just sent out. January 9th the scooter stars showing E3 error message which is a Communication error also it was turning on and off uncontrollably which I was worried aboutI’ve sent the scooter back to pure only to be told the scooter is fine and they can offer me a partial refund of £249 after owning the scooter for exactly 2 months. I’ve accepted the refund due to loss of trust on the scooter especially when no change were made to the scooter I was really gutted to be honest.

Left a review for pure scooters and left one star due to faulty charger and no response, since then I have received numerous calls and emails from pure saying sorry and I have had a new charger plus compensation I can't fault the way it's been handled so thankyou but my concern is what it down to my review either way all good now hence 5 stars pure please keep up the good customer service.

Scooter works perfectly since I bought. I’m using for every day commuting and now for 7 months the ‘biggest’ issue was the inner break cable broke, and sure a few puncture, which is easily fixable. Hope it’s gonna be a few improvements for the next gen. about battery and probably a bit more powerful motor, but in total well done Pure!

Suffered an intermittent technical hitch after 4 months of owning the Air 3 Pro. After some prompting , the company went above and beyond to sort out the issue. The customer service was excelllent and special thanks to Edward for his perserverance and professionalism . The product itself is great, Pure scooters are a premium product.

Absolutely amazing customer service I was experiencing issues with my scooter and a kind worker helped and was patient when I made mistakes the issue is not yet resolved but they have my utmost confidence

I was a bit sceptical about getting my pure air3 scooter and once it turned up I was very pleased with my pure air3 scooter its bigger better than I thought and it is just write for what I use it for to nipping to the shop and a quick trip to town and the battery is very good at holding its charge as well so after 8 months of ownership of of the pure air3 I can can its servings me well. And still going strong and had a few hiccups and customer service is great as well. Don't think about getting one just get one

Pure Electric customer setvice became a blured, disappering image of what it used to be. 2 years ago I used to be extremely happy with all their services, unlikely nowadays. Now rating them from 1 to 10 they deserve negative 10. Disgusting money makers. When I make purchase they are lighting bolt fast to collect my hard earned money, but when I need them for help to repair.my scooter they don't even read, b7lut send me automatic emails with stupud ref. No. Amd that's tye farther point I can reach them. There is no phone No, nothing to speak to real person to resolve my problem. For a week already I am writing them email after email and no one bothers to respond. I am beyond mad. I rely on my scooter for everything and now because of them I am loosing money, time and my stress levels are hitting the sky.

Ordered a Pure scooter for my sons Christmas present. It was the only brand he wanted. I left it rather late ordering but was amazed they still managed to get it to me before Christmas. There had been some small damage caused during transit (just a broken reflector). I emailed their customer support and was so impressed with how quickly it was dealt with. Many thanks to Jil D who sent a replacement reflector straight out to me, which I received before New Years. Your customer service team are amazing... you could definitely give other companies some pointers! We also love the scooter, it looks great and was easy to set up, really pleased. What a brilliant company and product!

Good experience, love the scooters, customer service sometimes a bit slow if you've got an issue but they do get it sorted in the end

Bought Pure Air 3 pro electric scooter July 2023 and by end of August 2023 had to return for a replacement as was faulty, now the replacement has developed the same fault and I am getting no response from customer service regarding this matter after sending 2 emails, I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and would not recommend to anyone

I’m posting my complaint on here, as I have heard nothing back from this company since the 15th December, I am also waiting on my bike repair since 2/11. I had to apply for hardship support this Christmas due to the expense of taking public transport and not having the use of my bike for almost two months. I’ve chosen two stars as I love my bike and I liked the responses I did get from the customer service team… I would like to make an official complaint. I contacted you back in November to support me with my faulty bike, I lost three days waiting for the driver to come and collect, to which the fourth attempt he did. Once the bike was collected. After a further 6 days I had not heard anything about my bike and so asked for an updated, to which I was advised that it was going to cost £170 for the parts… I paid this, then the parts where delivered to my home, I contacted you on the 8/12 to advise next steps… then again on the 13th and then the bike was returned also on the 19th…to which I sent another email, I’ve had no response to any of those - I have two small children and a very small living space, the bike being in a huge box inside has caused my children to fall over multiple times, I’m £170 out of pocket and rather frustratingly I’m Being completely ignored. My bike was the onl6 method of transport I have and funds are extremely tight for me, I’ve had to get a bus which I just can’t afford, especially paying £170 for absolutely no reason what so ever. What is going on?!

I am so over the moon with the pure electrics service, and would buy off them again anytime! I bought an electric scooter for my grandson and from the day I emailed them with the problem, they emailed me within a day or so , after me taking photos etc as they had asked? We had the scooter for a birthday present for him , so this was 7 months after buying it, but they emailed me very quickly and after returning the scooter, a brand new one was on its way! I purchased a scooter from Pure Electric and, unfortunately, found myself deeply disappointed by their customer service. The scooter I received didn't meet my expectations, so I promptly initiated the return process as outlined on their website. However, what followed was sheer frustration. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email regarding the return, I received no response whatsoever. It's been one week, and I've sent numerous polite reminders, all met with deafening silence. Their lack of communication and blatant disregard for customer concerns regarding returns is unacceptable. I am left with a product that doesn't fulfill its promises and a company that seems to care little about customer satisfaction once the sale is made. This experience has left me feeling utterly let down and disheartened. I strongly caution potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from this company unless they are prepared to face similar dismissive treatment post-purchase.

Worst experience ever! Tried to return a faulty scooter and was told it was my own fault as I didn’t fully charge it before I had ridden it? They said it’s not in the manual but I should know this as it’s common knowledge 😂! Noobs! Stay the hell away! Any excuse to get out of returns! Had to go to ombudsman and still on going, makes me so angry and a little sick tbh

I bought the Pure Air 3 just over 3 months ago, I needed to take the front wheel off, however the wheel nut was on ridiculously tight, after over 2 hours of trying everything, it got the point of rounding the nut, I contacted Pure who advised I could send it back to them which would take approx 3 weeks, or arrange repair locally and they would cover the cost, I went down the local repair route, could they get it off.... no. Broken torx, broken drill bit, 3 hours work and they managed to get part of nut out making it still useable, just. I contacted Pure back, without question they refunded the repair costs, I required a new bolt to make 100% safe, however the bolt does not come seperate so they sent a new wheel, I messaged Edward Morrell throughout who was amazing, honestly, he replied within 24 hours, if he needed to speak to the workshop, he'd message to keep me updated, the customer service was amazing, Edward defiantly deserves some reconginiton, yes, it was clearly a fault Pure side so they should resolve, but Edward made it so easy, I was initially skeptical upon reading repair reviews, but I couldn't have asked for anything more. Edward you the man !!!
