I purchased a scooter from Pure Electric and, unfortunately, found myself deeply disappointed by their customer service. The scooter I received didn't meet my expectations, so I promptly initiated the return process as outlined on their website. However, what followed was sheer frustration. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email regarding the return, I received no response whatsoever. It's been one week, and I've sent numerous polite reminders, all met with deafening silence. Their lack of communication and blatant disregard for customer concerns regarding returns is unacceptable. I am left with a product that doesn't fulfill its promises and a company that seems to care little about customer satisfaction once the sale is made. This experience has left me feeling utterly let down and disheartened. I strongly caution potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from this company unless they are prepared to face similar dismissive treatment post-purchase.
