It was easy to get help and then my scooter was collected from and returned to me at home
They are really good tires but not like original ones, the only difference is that the old ones were wider which give more stability. Overall they are really good.

Hi The scooter is fun to ride, but Pure lies about the distance you get on the scooter. You’ll be lucky to get 50% of the distance. And they sneakily have a clause that you can’t give the scooter back. So once you learn that they lied about that then you have put too many miles on the scooter and then they won’t refund. Such a con!! And when you complain, you get stupid replies like the one here. The tyre inflation has no real life influence whatsoever. Their testing conditions must be that of a child with a high wind factor from behind!

We had bought an pure one electric scooter last Xmas and unfortunately the stem had split. I was really worried as had to go direct to manufacturers instead of currys where I got it from. I shouldn't have been theybwere great. Arranged for a courier to drop of an empty box then a courier to send it back within a week. They identified a fault and have got a new kne delivered today. Best customer service ever highly recommended

It is what I expected
I was gutted to find the Bristol shop closure after coming back from my holidays. No notification was sent. I had 3 pure air pros which never had any issues other than puncture. I decided to take my scooter for checks before my guarantee expired and check that brakes etc was in good working order and safe to ride. Unfortunately I couldn't. After speaking to a representative on the phone I was told that I would need to send it to the London branch and that it would take up to a month to have it back and if there was nothing wrong with my scooter I would have to be charged the shipping costs! I could not wait that long without a scooter plus I found this so unfair when my guarantee was still in use, I asked for a local mechanic alternative and was told this was not an option. I could not believe how I was treated after being such a loyal customer. I am currently having electrical issues and it won't start it shows R8 fault and nobody seems to be able to repair this. Is just over a year old and with mileage up to 5 a day and have waisted money for new controller, new handlebars, cables and the issue persists. Really gutted this has happened since there are no competent mechanics to fix this.

I was riding my scooter for 3 days to work and back and the wheel popped and came of so I had to order a new wheel
