Love my bike… but frustrated and out of pocket with no reply from customer services
I’m posting my complaint on here, as I have heard nothing back from this company since the 15th December, I am also waiting on my bike repair since 2/11. I had to apply for hardship support this Christmas due to the expense of taking public transport and not having the use of my bike for almost two months. I’ve chosen two stars as I love my bike and I liked the responses I did get from the customer service team… I would like to make an official complaint. I contacted you back in November to support me with my faulty bike, I lost three days waiting for the driver to come and collect, to which the fourth attempt he did. Once the bike was collected. After a further 6 days I had not heard anything about my bike and so asked for an updated, to which I was advised that it was going to cost £170 for the parts… I paid this, then the parts where delivered to my home, I contacted you on the 8/12 to advise next steps… then again on the 13th and then the bike was returned also on the 19th…to which I sent another email, I’ve had no response to any of those - I have two small children and a very small living space, the bike being in a huge box inside has caused my children to fall over multiple times, I’m £170 out of pocket and rather frustratingly I’m Being completely ignored. My bike was the onl6 method of transport I have and funds are extremely tight for me, I’ve had to get a bus which I just can’t afford, especially paying £170 for absolutely no reason what so ever. What is going on?!
