Genuinely great product. Durable & Highly recommended
Absolutely terrible experience. Pure air 3. The warranty isn’t really a warranty. Nothing on the scooter is covered. After 2 months I have had to send the scooter off twice for repair. The second time I have been told that I will have to pay for a repair myself on the tyre, after it just is not pumping up, letting air out. This should be covered by the so called warranty. For a product to go this wrong twice in such a short space of time is not acceptable. It shows how bad the product is. If I would have known what I know now I would have never have bought it. Stay well clear of a company that is happy to take your money, but not fix a problem under the warranty, that is caused by their own make. They even want me to pay for the collection and delivery too to get it fixed. Saying they will send me a free box to put it in as a good Will, is a joke and an insult.

Took my scooter into Leeds for a repair. They were great. But had an issue a few days later, contacted Pure customer services about ordering a new screw. This was unavailable but they sent me a whole new part for free. How wonderful! I had a Segway that I returned for repair under warranty and Segways repair agents lost it for almost 2 years! So went with a Pure Air3 this time and couldn't be happier with the customer service. 10/10
The experience overall is very good on the sales side. Just very disappointed with the availability of spare parts available for model I purchased as its a 2023 model would have thought backup parts would be available. I'm still waiting for updates availability for front wheel with brake. It's always nice to have spares in stock for Just in case.
Nead improvement in rear mud guard
Had my air 3 for nearly 2 month now absolutely love it. Little issue with my charger which was resolved almost instantly and delivered the next day. Thanks pure ☺️

I have Multiple Sclerosis, and needed something a bit more whizzy than my legs to get me about locally( read coffee shop and cake), did some research and chose this, mainly for the lock feature on the app. Few initial lil probs with the app on arrival, but this was swiftly sorted out and everything is just perfect! Love zooming around on it, different speed and battery life shown so you can judge your route. Very easy to use and perfect if you need a lil bit of mobility help🤗
Bought the advanced scooter a few days ago & missed the Black Friday sale by 2 days which dropped the price by £300. I contacted support & asked if I could return my current one so I could get the £300 off. They just refunded me £300 instead and got the discount. The scooter it self is good. I feel safer than using lime scooters. The indicators and lights are a great addition to scooters. They should be made a standard for all. The only down side of the scooter there’s no shock absorbers. I can feel every pot while on the ride. It can get pretty bad depending on where you’re riding. I’d recommend sticking to flat roads.
Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Special thank you to Samantha, Jill and the service team. No hesitation in collecting the scooter, fixing it and sending it back. Even took consideration to delivery instructions when we told them we wouldn't be at home when they had it fixed. Even helped with firware update when we caused the problem - sent full instructions and fixed remotely without us having to resend it back. Would definitely buy from Pure again and - have no hesitation in recommending to anyone in the future.
Convenient for my everyday rides going to work
I got the pure air 3 scooter it's good however I don't understand who ever designed it why have the option to remove rear reflector either shudve stuck them on there or not at all It hasn't even been a month I've lost 1 rear reflector and I can't even order another 1 as its out of stock on the pure electric website jus be mindful of the rear reflector issue if you purchased the pure air 3 one like I did
Bought it just over a month ago the battery barely lasts a day and the tire has popped too.
Replaced my faulty scooter within 2 weeks, very helpful staff.
Error code E7 and E8 kept popping up upon first use, which were issues with the motor. Only managed 9 km before sending it back to PURE. I was assured that a replacement will be shipped immediately but they reneged due to stock shortage. I opted for a full refund. Will not recommend PURE on the basis that the product was faulty from the start.
Great product truly well built can been ridden in light rain, due to its rating a big plus. And any issue company sorts out the problem asap, as I recently discovered, and the company organised a pick up of my scooter to be replaced with a new one, having said that I’d only ridden mine once from getting it, so it was brand new looking going back to Pure. And the icing on the scooter is lights and indicator’s! Like to see the next generation with say tyre size say like the Brompton bicycle, and again folding, be super, with the lights obviously and indicator’s.
