Great customer service from Pure
Purchased the Air 3 Pro for my son and shortly after use had an error message and eventually the scooter wouldn’t switch on at all. I have to say the customer service received from Pure was outstanding from an advisor called Teresa. They responded quickly, offered to send a box to send back the faulty scooter, arranged the return and sent a new one out straight away. My son loves this scooter as it’s a quality bit of kit, he was really upset when there were issues. Fingers crossed we don’t have any future issues Would 100% recommend this company
