Amazing customer care
Top top top marks for the service I received from Edward Morrell, Thank you so much. It did take a little while for Pure to reply which is understanding as I reported my scooter issue on the 24/12/2023, so I will not hold that against them. But once I did get responsed to from Eward on the 4/01/2024 it was a breath of fresh air. Edward had a box delivered to me to pack my scooter in on the 8/01/24 and he had it picked up on the 9/01/24, by the 12/01/24 work was done and got a email back saying it be with me by the 15/01/24 which it was. The repair on the scooter was covered by the warranty which was great. Issue with scooter: Battery needed replacing. Brought the scooter in May 2023 so only so had it for almost 8 months and it has been amazing untill it stop charging. Wasn't told why the battery stop charging but don't really care as it was replace for free, plus it wasn't directly repaired by Pure themselves which isn't a issue with me. I would fully recommend Pure electric scooter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
