I ordered my carpet after seeing it in a local shop. However the shop price was considerably more so I was a little hesitant but went ahead and ordered. The ordering was simple and straightforward. It was delivered as promised free within the delivery time-slot by a very pleasant young man. Today I had the carpet fitted and I’m really pleased with it. I’m actually surprised as to the excellent quality for the price. Even the carpet fitter commented on the quality.

Absolutely over the moon with this company, 2nd time I’ve ordered from them and they don’t disappoint. The vinyl I got yesterday is absolutely perfect and it’s non slip and looks beautiful in my bedroom. Will definitely order again and 100% recommend! Very happy 😃

Cannot fault online carpets in any way -from initially ordering the free samples which arrived very quickly and were of a good size to the fast delivery of my carpet. The website was very easy to navigate which is a bonus for someone like me who is not very computer "savvy".The carpet I chose was of a very good quality and an extremely good price. I will certainly be purchasing from Online carpets again in the very near future.

This company is so good, I have previously ordered my bathroom lino and hall bedroom and living room carpets and wasn’t disappointed then, now I’m looking for a change so Iv been ordering my samples and the quickness of the delivery is great, it’s nice to know a company is still taking care of their customers even after a couple of years

Absolutely horrific experience with this company! Ordered carpets for my whole upstairs but 2 came in the wrong sizes. After constant emailing they made me prove the carpets were incorrect by photo next to a tape measure which was not easy given the size of them. After this they eventually agreed they were wrong and offered to replace this is after a weeks poor communication. This company aware I have no carpets down due to their error in a house with young children which isn’t acceptable. They then arranged for replacement to be delivered this Thursday and 3 days before date given I have now been told now it is not in stock despite clearly showing in stock online and to pick another carpet when whole upstairs is one colour and most is already laid. Now saying I need to wait 21 days it is completely unacceptable!!! Either the website is false advertising selling carpets not in stock or this company are at it and don’t want to help.

We found the carpet we liked in a store and when we checked online carpets could beat the price. We were carpeting 5 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs and living room so we bought a considerable amount! We were nervous that we couldn't select a delivery date however it thankfully worked out perfect for us. The delivery driver helped us navigate the flooring to where we needed it. The carpets were lovely and once fitted we then looked at online carpets to price up vinyl for 4 bathrooms- again they couldn't be beaten on price. It was at this point I queried a refund as we'd somehow managed to order an extra roll of carpet (still packaged up). Since we had ordered again they were able to collect this when delivering. Communication throughout was clear and I'm so impressed with all the quality. I would highly recommend online carpets.

Delivery was very quick. Communication great. Quality of the carpet is fabulous. not everyone's taste (leopard print) but I love it. Just what I was looking for

Absolutely fantastic from the advice stage through to delivery. It genuinely felt a very personal experience which can be hard to achieve when ordering online especially for carpets which I have never done before. It saved us an absolute fortune compared to buying from our local shop we always order from. The customer service team and delivery / tracking was brilliant. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered carpet in one roll big enough for 2 double rooms and one single room 4 sets of stairs the carpet quality and price was the best on market so happy with my purchase will be ordering again after being recommended by a frend will be ordering again it came on the delivery day as promised they emailed me 2 days before with day and window and even on the day of delivery came way before the delivery time window I’m so impressed also on the day of delivery they emailed me with live tracking number and updated me constantly so convient to keep and eye on delivery as hadn’t fully moved in to property so I could be there to recive other company’s need to take note of this company’s professionalism and 5 star customer service the driver was on he’s own he did say to my sons mum it stated that someone would help if needed but I was at work but he still carried on and put carpet in the house as I understand as it was in one roll so quite heavy but he didn’t complain and just carried on 5 star customer service I commend the driver thank you and thank you onlinecarpets my home feels like a home now thanks to you will be ordering again and recommending to friends and family

Great Product - Very Good quality - Great Customer Service - Great Delivery All round excellent experience - so happy with my flooring was so much better quality than I imagined so much so my daughter going to lay the same flooring - it looks absolutely beautiful down - I would not hesitate to recommend you to my contacts and also to use you again - 5***** service all the way
