Bought herringbone carpet. Couldn’t get the same colour anywhere else. Any similar colours elsewhere were much dearer

The site was very easy to navigate it also as a lot of helpful tips on there, the carpets & underlay are of good quality & competitively prices, l've bought from this company before & have had a good experience both times they deliver when he say & keep you informed, both delivery drivers were very friendly & professional, excellent company

Ordered some vinyl flooring for my bedroom received it but didn’t check it, two weeks later when it was due to be fitted by the workmen there was a massive hole in the middle of the vinyl. I sent the photos to the company they sent another role which arrived today and on checking it that two was faulty with a big mark in it and look like Stanley knife blade cut the quality assurance is nonexistent! Also orange lino was extremely poor quality Asked for a refund and won’t be using this company again very very poor

Great company, received the samples within 2 days and the delivery was seamless and the carpet is exactly what I wanted. I loved the idea of the sample as I was trying to match to some floor tiles and we didn't have a sample of the tiles. They kept me updated all the way and my carpet was delivered about 5 minutes after their earliest estimate time, so absolutely great all round.

Good quality flooring, quick delivery
This company does what is it wants and has total disregard for communicating with customers. Fails to give customers choice in terms of partial refunds or replacements. The delivery service is shocking poor - our carpet arrived half unraveled, muddy and wet! My advice is to avoid this company - the money you think you are saving will be spent in time trying to get responses from a customer service department that would benefit from a complete overhaul!

Tried some of our local carpet shops but couldn't find what we were looking for and the shops were overpriced. Turned a second time to carpets online and we were able to find the carpet we were looking for and reasonable price too.
