Free samples sent out very quick ,letting me choose the right one I wanted after viewing in my home after which my order was received a few days ,packaged up very securely and no damage .

Great experience. I had never ordered carpet online before and made a mistake in the sizing- they helpfully phoned to query it and advised that I refuse the delivery and they would re-cut it for me. I did that and they re-delivered a couple of days later, no fee, just helpful! Thank you!

They have changed my delivery twice now , today again was suppose to be delivered theve messaged me on the delivery day today saying they forgot to put it on the van absoloute rubbish stay clear of this company 2 weeks ago I ordered
Some of the carpets they sell are a health hazard. I bought a carpet from them that gave off a strange dust for many many days. This never happens for more than 2 days normally. My wife and me had breathing difficulties sitting in that room and extensive coughing. When I tried to tell them this asking for a full refund they would not have it and returned only £35 as apposed to £209. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A DISASTER!!
Great service, i live on a road where parking is limited so the driver was quick at delivering 12 packs of laminate (never seen anything so fast!) he was friendly and polite too. Laminate flooring is lovely, my front room looks amazing! Thanks
