Outstanding service

We found the carpet we liked in a store and when we checked online carpets could beat the price. We were carpeting 5 bedrooms, a hallway, stairs and living room so we bought a considerable amount! We were nervous that we couldn't select a delivery date however it thankfully worked out perfect for us. The delivery driver helped us navigate the flooring to where we needed it. The carpets were lovely and once fitted we then looked at online carpets to price up vinyl for 4 bathrooms- again they couldn't be beaten on price. It was at this point I queried a refund as we'd somehow managed to order an extra roll of carpet (still packaged up). Since we had ordered again they were able to collect this when delivering. Communication throughout was clear and I'm so impressed with all the quality. I would highly recommend online carpets.
